When I first saw this thing, I thought it was genius. It uses a pneumatic ram to hit the valve instead of the spring-powered hammer. Much like what a Spimmy does to a Spyder.
Now, it comes with a LPR that is pretty much an ASA, like the invert mini. Its quite bulk; but works well. You already have a bulky Tippmann... the ASA doesn't make that much of a difference.
I wish they came out with a valve for this kit as well. I tried very hard to modify the stock Tippmann valve for better operation with this. The problem is the stock valve blows air in 2 directions - 1 to the ball, and 1 to blow the hammer back. Since this is pneumatic, you don't need the burst of fair for the hammer - the LPR does it. Reducing this air would improve efficiency amazingly.
I think the design is kind of like a Bob Long Marq, but obviously more privative.
Installation was a cake, I did it was I was 15 years old.
Very cool design, but a bit pricey considering you can get a full electro marker for that price now. Doesn't get nearly as much respect as it deserves.
