The pros wanted a glove that wasn't a glove. They wanted the protection, without the interference of a glove.A lightweight, unhindered fingerless glove that offers protection on the back of the hand and palm, and a supportive wrist closure.

Cons: No protection for the thumb, No padding on palm
Overall I thought these gloves were gonna be slammin. When I got them in the mail, I was surprised at the lack of padding everywhere except the back of the hand.

Price was a bit high considering that I also bought a pair of Eclipse Gauntlet gloves for half the price, and they have padding everywhere.

These gloves bite when sliding and putting your hand down, expecially on turf. I burned my thumb badly.

These are a great pair of gloves to pick-up if you can find them on sale. Brand new they are somewhat pricey (hence the 3 stars under value). I have owned a pair of these gloves for almost 2 years now and they only have 1 small hole, so they are fairly durable as I do play at least once every week. Highly recommend picking these gloves up due to how light weight and comfortable they are. Great product Dye!

Giving you the grip u need to maintain control of ur markers yet the freedom for ur fingers to walk on the trigger for those well timed shots. Their comfortable and will absorb a shot and they let ur hand breath so they don't get sweaty and lose grip.

Pros: Lightweight, plenty of padding, tons of dexterity
Cons: QC? weak seams?
So, I purchased my first pair of meta gloves at the 2009 Invasion of Normandy event at Skirmish. Got a good deal at $20. Fell in love with them immediately. Plenty of padding on the back of the hand, microfiber/velcro combo for cleaning lenses and plenty of room for adjustment.

After a few months of use, the gloves simply fell apart at the seams. Emailed DYE to no avail. Called DYE and they were still no help. Posted a single thread here on PBN and got an email within the hour of the post. They wanted me to delete the thread or edit what I wrote. I, of course, would not.

They replaced my gloves, free of charge and told me that if I had any other issues with them, that they would replace them for me, no questions asked. I have yet to need a replacement (although the wrist strap is starting to lose its elasticity...)

I think that for $20, and YEARS worth of use of 2 pairs of gloves... I will support DYE and buy my next pair when the current ones finally go down.

Yes, your thumb is exposed, as are all your fingers... That is the point of these gloves... You would think that some of these reviewers bought their gloves and had no idea what they were supposed to get... The dexterity of these is fantastic and what sold me on them in the first place.
