I used these paintballs twice, and will never use them again. they do not bust and can and will seriously hurt people. If you have ever been shot by them or shot them you should know what I mean they are the worst paintballs I have ever used. If you want proof go to youtube.com and type in monsterball paintballs and you will see how dangerous they can be.

After hearing nothing but bad things about Monster Ball (and seeing it in Walmart and Sports Authority) I decided I'd never buy Monster Ball. However, I was forced to use it yesterday because by some screw up the field I was at ran out of paint mid-day and they were forced to find paintball for like the 100+ ppl at their field for the day. Monsterball was it.
My group went through about 6 cases of monsterball yesterday, I must have used about a half case to myself.
Appearance: Ugly Green Shell..looks like Frankenstein's Monster, hard to see where your shots went in dark lighting. Fill was a bright neon, which was good to spot hits and call people out.
Performance: For accuracy I definitely noticed it did not fly as straight as other paint from my gun. In woodsball it worked quite well because it could fly through shrubs and etc without breaking mid-way. However in general the paint itself bounced a lot. Especially on people wearing baggy clothes and/or lots of layers (like myself).
Reliability: I had no breaks/chops in my gun (Vice). However my friends with rentals were complaining about breaks and inaccuracy due to it all day.
Price/Value: This is no-choice paint or rec-ball for first-time player paint. Even then the price of much better value paint (like Nel-Splat) is only a bit more per case. You get what you pay for, but I'd recommend spending a bit more for higher quality.
Overall: I give this paint 2.5/5 stars. Use only for backyard use.

Brass Eagle Monster BallsO.K don't buy this crap.
They do not break, and could seriously hurt someone.
I have gotten shot in the forehead with one of these and it left a baseball sized bruise.
This S*** should be illegal !

Well, monster balls are very cheap paintballs. However, sometimes they done break on their target. It also tells how good these paintballs are when they are illegal on fields. They are great for backyard players with low end mechanicals but if your gun operates on low presssure, these are not for you. 5 out of 10 for their price. Spend the extra $10 and get son elsewhere.

Brass Eagle Monster Ballsmostly good for practice...in order to really to get the best out of these balls a VS1 or a Spyder TL-R is best recommended to shoot them.
This is the worst paintballs ever made. They do not break even when shot at a rock or tree. They are just simple ****!!!

These may be ok if you and a few guys want to mess around in the woods with 98's, but if you want to seriously play (or even practice) this paint is very poor. At 20 or so feet you'll be lucky to hit a man size target(and thats assuming the ball got through you barrel in one piece).
They definitely named this product right... it really is a monster

Monster Balls i personally do not use them but i know people who do though. i like marbleizers the have a really hard shell if i had a dollar for everytime i made some kid cry id be rich shooting at 280 im not a cheater.
Monster Balls cheap but they have a soft shell and dont break when they hit people. i used them once because i ran out and i was using my tippmann A-5 with egrip. the balls were just not busting when i would shoot people so i started going wide open and people just called out hahaha. if you are running monsters in a 98 coustom with out A.C.T you might get a broken ball or 2 and have to clean it but in my point of veiw i think its worth it to buy the monster ball..........
