Performance wise, the Buzzard is very comparable to the Phantom, but it's a little heavier and a little fancier looking. If you're looking for a playing piece, get a Phantom. If you're looking for something to show off with or if you can afford it, go for the Buzzard.

Basically, the Carter Buzzard is the highest you can go for a stock class marker. Every Buzzard is custom made with love by Earon Carter so every gun is a one of a kind collectible.
Appearance- The Buzzard far ourweighs the phantom in looks. The anno is flawless. Instead of being plain like the phantom, everything is milled, the 12g changer, the sc feed, the gun itself. So basically it is a piece of art that shoots.
Performance- Just what you'd expect. This gun can place one ball on top of the other consistently when you use good paint. The pump stroke is super smooth and much lighter than a stock phantom's. It's not as smooth/light as a nice sniper but it is still rather good. This gun is solid. It does not rattle like a sniper and it weighs a good bit more than a phantom. Most people like this heft and its still far lighter than a semi with paint and a tank.
Reliability- Will last forever pretty much. Not a lot can go wrong and its a simple design so anything that does can be easily fixed. You can pretty much always rely on a ball firing when you pull the trigger, enough said.
Value- This gun is a collectible and a beautiful machine, but you will not get much more performance out of it than you would with a phantom. If you have the money, go for it. If not, don't bother saving up, get a sniper or a phantom.
Overall this gun is amazing. Sharp looking, precise, reliable, smooth. If you have the money and get one, you will not be dissapointed.

I'll admit I never owned one of these, but I've played with them. They're very well built, by hand, and have incredible craftsmanship. The anodize is deep, and the colors are very well done. The pump action is smooth.
They're each custom built; which means it costs more for the quality. If you collect, a Carter is a must have; but a Phantom can perform just was well.
