These are old school. Very good for pumps, I would be hesitant using it on a mechanical, and never on an electro.

Fairly light weight but uses two 9 volts, which gets kind of expensive.

Looks hideous. Doesn't break as easily as other hoppers.

Great for mod'ing.

A very nice loader. It is a cheap loader with eyes. I see alot of guys play reball with this. The only con on this loader is a uber crappy lid. mod a speedfeed or go to walmart and pick up a grav hopper and use its lid (i did that) A nice loader for cockers, ions, promaster, epiphany. Or any low-mid end electro.

GREAT FOR THE SPPL

I got this hopper a while back, and deeply disliked it. It constantly force fed balls into my gun, and also smashed balls by force feeding. It's loud, and eats batteries. Get this for something like $15.00 if you can, but don't overpay like I did years ago!

Viewloader Revolution (12 Volt) It's rare when you find a product that works and has no problems. This is one of those products.

Viewloader Revolution (12 Volt) Works when it needed to. Didn't have a problem except the battery life wasn't the greatest but for the price I paid it was all I expected.

Viewloader Revolution (12 Volt) Great for playing re-ball or playing woodsball. Not so great for anything over 10 bps.

Pros: Consistent, cheap, simple
Cons: Entry level only
While I haven't been around long in the world of Paintball, I understand the Revvy has been a tried and tested loader that's stood up to the challenge of most modern loaders.

From my experience, its an amazing entry level agitating loader. I flick a switch, it does the work. I don't have to be shaking on it or anything like that. However, I did have my board go out on me once for no apparent reason but it was rectified in short order. The hopper isn't the lowest profile or anything, it isn't the lightest and it isn't the prettiest, but it gets the job done well.

I can't say I regret it one bit and will advise to all budget players and newer ones who really don't want to just get stuck with a shake and bake loader. Instead of moving "up" to the primo, go ahead and move on to a Revvy and not worry about shaking the marker at all while you shoot. Trust me, it makes a noob like me feel like a champion when I time the trigger pulls just right and pop off some very consistent volleys of fire that are being fed well enough.

Cons: Tell you when I find some
These are older loaders, I used these on my autococker and cant complain at all.

It keeps up with the rate of fire and does a good job at agitation the balls into the feed neck.

Mine broke because of my own carelessness but they are durable
The stock black ones tend to be more durable as the plastic is a little tougher then the clear ones.

Pros: durable light reliable
Cons: not fast
appearance: to me its still the most "natural" looking hopper sitting on the top of a gun. a lot of the high end hoppers look too bulbous or front heavy and look funny sitting on a gun.

performance: its ludicrously light, holds a lot of paint, never jams since its not force feed, it does everything you ask of it... slowly. The lack of force feed means this thing wont be winning any drop test comparisons anytime soon.

reliability: im still on the original shells and lid from when i bought mine years ago. the battery life is seemingly infinite, and its so simple its almost impossible to mess up.

value: considering how cheaply they can be had these days, there is no reason not to pick one up.

Viewloader Revolution (12 Volt) Great loader for the price for pump guns or mechanicals. It's a classic that everyone should have in their gear bag for playing pump. Super reliable.
