I bought the Phantom Pump used rather cheaply. I have been using it for 2 years now and I love this piece of machinery like I love my dog. This is mostly because I love pump play, but this marker has started to feel like an extension of my arms xD. I use a gravity hopper, and it does not go to well if you try to pump fast with the auto-trigger. Mostly it will get jammed. If you like to pump fast, I would recommend a center feed body and some kind of electric hopper. I have a right feed body, and I have to use a plastic elbow connector for my gravity hopper. I find that the elbow does not fit all that well on the marker, but I probably just bought a crummy elbow. All in all, this is a really unique pump marker with all kinds of things you can do to make it yours.

Pros: Accurate,Reliable,Easy to Maintain, LIGHT!
Cons: Back bottle set-up is hard to aim with
The phantom is a great pump. The accuracy is amazing. You can get ball on ball from 75 ft. The phantom is easy to maintain. There is only 2 screws to take it apart and it is relatively simple. This gun is extremely light. My set-up weighs about 2.5 lb. fully loaded.

The only problem for me is that with a back bottle set up it is hard to look down the barrel to aim because the gun hits the bottom of your mask. I recommend the bottomline set up.
Great gun!

Cons: high pressure, understated looks (can be a pro)
The CCI Phantom is the biggest selling Pump on earth right now, and for good reason. You can expect over 40 shots per 12gram, it weighs 2 pounds fully loaded with paint and air and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

If you want to get into pumps and want a no-nonsense stock gun (completely different from your semi) then pick up a Phantom.

Cons: cant think of any
Phantoms are very popular pump guns for a reason, they are available in just about any style you could ever want, theyre extremely efficient, and as such they're popular stock class markers. More importantly, they're also accurate and easy to shoot well with, very reliable and extremely well built. They are built light and compact, and excel anywhere on the field. I've built and used a lot of phantoms of various configurations, both stock class and otherwise, they always get the job done.
