Background:
I had only used Co2 tanks before I used these tanks. I say these because this was my first and second air tank. I bought the first one for 179.95, I used it for nearly a year, It was stolen from my house, and I bought a second to replace it for 159.95.
Description:
I have had absolutely no problems and between the two tanks, I have used them for around 2 years total. They look awesome, and must have an excellent recharge rate, because I have yet to experience shootdown. I have used it on Ion's, an Epiphany, Tippmann's, Spyder's, a Mini, PMR and more, and have yet to experience any shootdown at all.
Recommendation:
The price is actually rather cheap for a brand new air tank, and it works excellent, you definitely get what you pay for if you buy this air tank.

I recently began a project for a custom setup. I was searching for a white tank that had a clean appearance that I could utilize. After a couple recommendations from friends, I gave Crossfire a call. Kelly and Chris were able to break down how their custom tanks work. Shortly after I sent over my artwork, and they had their designer start on a proof. From start to finish, the process took about a month and came out exactly as I needed for my project. My only concern was the coloring of the label versus the coloring of the bottle; however, it is due to the clearcoat and the light and out of Crossfire's control.

The tank is very light and being a private label rockstar tank the design is very unique. The only thing is that it did have some bumps and bruises. But you could tell that the tank was awesome when it was new. My only complaint is that the reg is a bit long and adds some overall length on the gun.
The tank will be out of hydro soon so I will have to send it in for retesting soon and I hope that it will pass as a unique private label tanks are hard to come by.
If you can pick up a regular crossfire tank with the old style reg do it. You won't be disappointed.

ok,so they arent as stylish as a cp, or a small and light as a draxxus or a mac dev, but they are some of the cheaper tank on the market and their regs are like the 1-2 top performing tank regs made. i have never had any issues in 5, count em 5 years. no shootdown or anything. great tank, the brass plated threads stay in good condition, i havent had any issues.
only bad thing. after 5 years, teh guage stops at 500 psi. big deal. a 4 dollar part in 5 years or hard use.
recently i had to get it hydroed. sent it in, about 10 days later nothing. their website says they will contact after 3 days. so i call semi anoyed. turns out they had shipped it that morning, and were just about to pick up the phone to get my billing! oh yeah, when you call, a human being answers the phone just about every time, they connect you to a tech. whats better than that.
for all you people hydroing- turnaround will probably be 11-15 days depending on shipping. it was 10, then they ship it so i estimate it will get ti me in 12-13.
great service, great product, very affordable. i would say 9 out of 10 (would be a 10 if it was like a cp, mac dev, or draxxus with the perforormance and customer service of a crossy, that would be the perfect tank)
