i got in a trade and used it, my first impressions were, wow this is a great loader and it's lighter than my halo, and i love everything about it. it forms great to the doritos and is light for running and snapping. feedneck sits too high but is easy to shave down. i cant see myseft going back to another loader, i think the only competition is the rotor, but thats heavier than a halo.
im glad i got this loadr and am happy to have a new favorite.
i reccomend to anyone looking for a good loader, but i cant see use for it in the woods, due to the constant motor spinning.. overall great hopper.

This is a wonderful loader it dosen't jam on me ever it reliable keeps up with my PMR and Ion. The battery life kinda blows when you first get but you can change that by upgrading. It's true don't spend your money on a Halo, Empire, Dye which are all good brands but this one works just as good I can tell you this cause i have a halo broke then an empire. This is perfect loader for anyone no matter wether you have been playing for years or just begining. It is worth it to get this hopper and it dosen't look bad either

I've had my velocity for a long time now. Still can't find anything wrong with it. I'm a self-admitted gear whore, and sooner or later my stuff eventually finds its way onto the B/S/T here, with the exception of my flexes and my velocity. This thing isn't the best on battery, but it feeds at a solid rate, and with the GANGSTAR board I have in it, it runs like a champ. The board seems to do well on battery too. The wide mouth on it is awesome for pods and bags too.

Looks - Appearance
The initial stock colors are pretty normal, just Black and Smoke. These are nothing to complain about. In my personal opinion I dont think the VLJr. is ugly or anything like that, looks pretty good to me.
Upgrades - Appearance & Performance
VLocities have plenty you can do to it now. Chips, Boards, Shells, etc. If you think something can be better on your VLJr. there are plenty of things to help you with that.
Weight - Performance
This could possibly be one of the lightest loaders I have ever had or even felt. Far lighter than Halo's and Empire's since this uses two 9 Volt Batteries instead of 6 AA Batteries.
Fast - Performance
Although not as fast as the normal VLocity, it will definitally keep up with 15 BPS, ramping or semi, dosnt matter. If you still dont think its fast enough you can buy more stuff like a gangster chip or a new board.
Maintainence - Reliability
Not the easiest to access but it isnt that big of a hassal. Only have to clean it when it gets really dirty so it could be worse. The battery life on here is still less than what I would want, might get a new chip for improved battery life since this annoys me quite a bit.
Strength - Reliability
The shell is pretty thin but made out of strong plastic that wont break on most dives, treat it best as you can and it should last you a long time. Durable stuff.
Bang4Buck - Value
Definitally worth it, If you can get it cheap with a chip or something I would take it over a regular VLocity. This is one of the best hoppers on the market now so take advantage and get a VLJr.

I take time on my reviews to make them honest and non-bias as possible, on most occasions I will spell check them and revise to. The point is I take a lot of time on this and do appreciate good ratings, or bad ratings if you feel it deserves it. Before rating please read the full review and base your ratings on my review and not the gear and my opinions on it, if you do I have no control over that but please do it just to be nice. THE BIGGEST STATEMENT i can make about this loader is if you are stuck between getting a Vlocity, Halo, torque, Magna, Pulse, and waiting for the JRNY .. GET THE VLOCITY JR!!!!
Which is the situation 60% of players encounter when buying a force feed loader..
My Reasons:
Basically KISS (keep it simple stupid) technology. No settings to mess with and keeps up with PSP, Uncapped NPPL, and even NXL modes just fine ..
Battery life is just as good as any of other VLocity's SF, Dynasty, XSV (on alkalines not recharcheables) .. I have had 13 cases on one set of Duracells thus far... with 0 problems
You get the wide mouth lid so speed feed/lid still better chance of more paint ending in loader than ground
Very durable ... haven't replaced my shells once.
Still has 4 eyes
Upgradeable, not necessary but if you wish .. chips, springs, etc..
Price ... you can afford to buy this loader use it and if you rather have a JRNY, magna, halo .. it is a cheap back up that will always just need batteries to work for you
NOTICEABLY Lighter than any other loader out
Anti jam button actually works!
DOWNSIDES
Feedneck is way too long and needs to be cut ..
VL customer service is polite .. but no help whatsoever .. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!!
ALL IN ALL
Yes, it has only one mode "FTW" .. but it feeds great, reliable, and doesn't eat batteries as much .. All you can ask for in a loader at $65 new .. IMHO .. this is the best design out .. and will be even after the JRNY comes out .. it has a nice balance and angled front .. with a slant to feed paint directly into the loading .. the new free way system empire is coming out with is really based off the Vlocity raceway design ...
This will be DA LOADER I recommend to any player asking me which loader they should buy ..

Vlocity' jr's were a great purchase at the time because they were light, fast, and extremely upgradeable. Initial problems were that you always had the motor spinning and making loud noises so it was hard to hear teammates and some would eat batteries like they were candy. The shells weren't the most stable but all replacement parts were cheap enough. In the day, these sold like hotcakes and so did the upgrade chips and parts.

well its a nasty hopper but u deff need a new chip like a virtue dynasty now has one or a nox or gangstar to increase speed and battery life.
I think the lid is a little hard to open so i got a speed now and its very easy to reload and its also VERY light its like a feather compared to a halo. Also the package claims to do 20 on gun and 25 off not true does 25 on gun and about 29 off gun i call the company
So go out and buy one!

I have had my Vlocity Jr. for a while now and I love it. The only upgrade that I would recommend for it is a new chip. I chose the Gangstar and have no regrets, but I didn't do it for more speed. I did it for better battery life. The Vlocity Jr. Goes through batteries very quickly, but for only about 25 dollars, the Gangstar is great.
Now for the important stuff. Out of the box this has a very good feed rate, I clocked mine at 31 in a drop test but on gun it would be slower. One of my favorite things about this hopper is the Wide-Mouth lid, it makes it very easy to load paint and it's big enough to put the end of a pod in the hopper through the mouth. Another great feature is the on/off switch. It is extremely easy to use and to know if the hopper is on or off. Also, the shell is pretty strong, and I haven't seen any problems with any of the shells of these hoppers at my field.
To finish off, I would recommend this hopper to anyone. I really hope this review helps any of you who are deciding between a few different hoppers.
