I owned my F8 for a lil more than 3 months. I usally shoot Timmys and Shockers. This Lil thing rocks right out of the box. It is exremly fast. Very air efficent. And shoot relitivily well for a marker at that price. The BBS system works really well, no chops in the breach in mine. Shoots similer ot a Ego with about the same amount of kick as a Timmy
Pros- Beautiful Milling, good shooting gun, Air efficent (1700+ on a 68/4500), Fast (25bps) and really consisitant (+/- 7) with little to no break in time. It is easy to find a barrel for it (it is A/C threaded). And easy to clean
Cons- There are no aftermarket prouducts avalible for this gun as far as boards and such. The board uses a optical sensor to fire. Extreme amount of bounce. Uses Dip switches for firing modes on Board.
Overall I give this product a B+. It is the perfect gun if you cant afford a Ego or Timmy.

amazing gun did have a poblem with a borken reg seat cussion but i just sent dp an email and they sent me the part
the trigger is annoying but that is a personal preferance
it shot fine when i took it to the field no chops no breaks the barrel is a 690
the feed neck is really the only working problem because velocities and other hoppers with thiner necks swivel arround slightly but it can be fixed with a thin sheet of plactic that costs a buck
and the blue does not match other blue parts on the market
nothing on the gun needed to be upgraded

I purchased the F8 about 5 months ago to play scenario ball with. The milling on the thing is beautiful. I gasses it up, chronoed, and played right out of the box. It chronoed +/- 7. Unbroken in I got 1160 shots on a 68/45. I was very impressed with the performance. 5 months later. ZERO problems. I get about 1250-1300 shots per 68/4500. I have a deadlywind on it. I could not be happier with it. I have recently ordered some parts that I expect will make its performance all that much greater. After roughly 6 cases through the reg its +/-3fps steadily. AMAZING! I definitely recommend the F8 to everyone! You will not be dissapointed. I am a Dangerous Power customer for Life!!!

no boards, no upgrades for it, lots of dead weight
Well as many people say, it is the best bang for buck gat. it is great on performance..
it can shoot fragile paint and has a +- of 5fps with the reg not really broken in yet. so its a good gat to run with if you can't afford an ego.
it has a lot of dead weight though due to the machining. there are lots of improvements needed for this gat in terms of weight and the ability to expand. like the macdev borg, its a great gat but not a lot of upgrades that are available.
A+.

When i first ordered the gun it looked like the best deal and like heavan compared to an ION so i got it. First impression kinda big, but realy light, nice milling over all a good lookin gun. First time i played with it: the bolt popped out when i was playing scenerio and lost it so had to get a new one. Second: the trigger frame came real loose when i dove into the snake and the botl broke.

i have had my f8 since they came out and its a verry descent gun and it preforms beautifully for the money the board has lots of modes on it that are fun but the problem is the gun has a lot of kick so if you put the ramping on higher the kick lowers the accuracy tremendously the main problem with this gun is the stock regulator it was poorly designed so the always blow out the o-ring seat DP will fix this for free but the day it happens you are a very unhappy camper i threw a aftermarket reg on it and now have no problems whatsoever the last thing im gonna mention is the asa and mounting rail, these were also poorly designed because they are constantly comming loose and can be verry irritating i know that this review has sounded very negative but in all honesty this is a great gun it shoots fast and the value cant be beat

I bought an F8 Fusion last christmas, just to play with on those off days with the recballers or whatever, whenever my main marker was ever down.
At first, I was impressed with the gun, the looks, the milling, the weight, the packaging, all good stuff. When I went out to the field, the chrono readings were not bad, it was like 280, 290, 285, 297, 282, 282. It shot fine, but then came the problems.
F8 Fusions are very picky on paint, and will chop like there is no tomorrow. I used a case of paint that one day, and half of that, was just a bunch of chops. Never was I more pissed off at a gun, that as soon as it came out of the box it chopped so horrificly.
Then more problems arosed, the marker was (is) shaking like crazy, from the springs in there, causing the frame to shake off from its original position, and making the screws snap. Oh and the ASA's, they stripped within the first few times of playing, and caused my original regulator to strip...now I was pissed off.
I called DP up, had the problems fixed in about two weeks (8 days total wasted on shipping it out, and a few days to fix), they fixed the problems, temporarily, and I was pleased.
Now, over the summer, I felt like using the marker again, since I was off of playing the events for the while. Guess what? More problems, problems, problems. The eyes were starting to break down miraculously, even though it wasn't touched by any one, except for DP tech's. Then, more problems came, the solenoid started to wear down, and the o-rings in the valve inside the solenoid started binding up like no other, called DP up again, and they said they would fix it. Problems still happen, and never will I be satisfied with DP ever again.
I will never use DP products again, they are horrendous markers, that look good, and pbnationers say they are good, but are undoubtedly the worst markers to date. I miss the Ion I used to shoot, because for two years, never has it broken down on me, ever.
If you are looking for bang for your buck, look somewhere else, because I promise you that you will not be pleased if you buy this marker.

The F8 is light, fast, efficient and dummy proof. I was able to tech it with out any manual. Similar to the legend in design but looks much better. The very few upgrades that are out there are easy to install and the Eigenram and T-Board has made this marker feel and perform much different. It's hands down best in its price range. Only thing is just feels cheap in my hands, it performs with the best it just feels lower end I can't explain it. It's major weekness is the trigger its uncomfortable. Needs roller bearing trigger. With the upgrades hardly any detectable kick. The regulator had what appeared to be a factory defect, one of the shims had 1/4 of it missing. Since there where no jagged edges on the shim it was totally smooth I am assuming it came from the factory that way. Reg seems to drop off above the 18+bps range. Eye logic is ok but if the loader does not keep up it will chop, fixed this with the eye delay on the t-board now it 0 chops.
Best $160.00 I ever spent the Fusion F8 is one of the best markers I own.

I got my new f8 in the mail and after 5 days of waiting I went out to the field with it. When I first got there I aired it up and the macro fitting broke on my ASA. I installed a new one. After 3 games the other macro fitting blew out on my HPR. I replaced that and now everything is fine. My RAPS started to leak but I fixed that by lubing the piston. It has a "springy" feel when shooting this gun. It is fairly accurate with the stock barrel. I will buy a new barrel kit and buy an eigenram for it to reduce the kick. Other than that the gun is very nice and I will be keeping this gun for a very long time as far as I can tell.
