I have shot one of the Timmy for almost 6 months now. It shoots like a wet dream. It is so fast and light. This marker blows away all others in and around this price range. The board is easy to program. Battery life is good on them.
Pros- Fast. Light. Air Efficent. Easy to maintain. Dont need many upgrades. Small. Shoots really nice. And can tune them to +/- 5 with ease.
Cons- Kicks a little much and a little loud. Still dont have the Macroline fitting on the bottom of the Regulator (personal Preferance thou)
Recommened upgrades- Ram, Regulator, and possibly a Barrel
Overall I give this product a A++. If you have the chance to get your hands on one DO IT!!!!!!

Ok its been about 2 and a half year since ive owned my empire 2 intimidator.
Ive shot about 18 cases through it so far and i am impressed.
-aesthetics-
From the get go the milling is absolutely gorgeous. the way it was milled looks like the gun is wrapped in flowing silk. the cuts are clean and the gun is reminiscent of all past intimidators making one familiar with the marker a snap.
the anodizing is done well and the colors offered in combination look awesome.
-performance-
the gun is about as fast as any gun today needs to be. I was able to top over 25+ bps so there is no rate of fire issue. the marker is consistent especially with the bob ling torpedo reg. while being fast is nice the gun utilizes an air-assist poppet, so you also shoot quiet. the air assist poppet takes out whatever noticeable kick a poppet could have giving a very smooth shot. efficiency is fair at about 1600-1700 shots per fill on a fair day.
-maint-
from playing with this gun ive found there a simple step of maintenance, . the most common maint you will end up doing is oiling the bolt with triflow, cleaning/lubing the ram, and in and cleaning/lubing the regs.
all are a simple process as the bolt only requires you to check for debris, and clean off any you may find, then apply tri-flow on the orings.
the ram can be unscrewed by hand and easily comes off, all that is required is to wipe off old grease, check orings, and re grease the oring with dow55.
the two regulator are simple as well as the lpr cap can be unscrewed by hand and the torpedo can be torn don by hand as well. lube those piston oring and clean out the regulator housing and reassemble.
-basic use-
the gun comes stock with the frenzy LCD board which allows for easy adjustment. the board has most major tournament modes available. the gun is membrane pad operated with 3 buttons on its pad. the trigger is very snappy and crisp with no play side to side.
over all Ive found the gun to be comfortable when shooting and easy to upkeep for competition. the gun has filled every need i could ask and is a pleasure to shoot. the trigger geometry is in tune to the human hand and allows easy shooting. the frame's overall shape make the gun comfortable to hold.
the only issues ive found would be the gun having too many sharp edges. I do not appreciate the fact that a gun can become a dangerous hazard just because of design. since purchase Ive filed down the sharp edges and rounded them out. the other issue ive found is the poppet orings. the sometimes have a tendency to slip off. since switching to one size smaller ive minimized the possibility of this happening on my gun.

Bob Long Technologies Empire Intimidator 2006I had a gen4 empire timmy, red and black. Thing shot great, only issue was the feedneck, had to get a better one.

ive owned two 2k6 empire 2 intimidators and miss both dearly. Hands down the smoothest marker ive ever shot. with an aftermarket ram and a little tuning, i had both of mine operating at 40psi from the lpr. Shot as smooth or smoother than both of my luxes. only down side to these markers is lack of part availability since few upgrades were made, and the stock board. for the price they are going for used, easily one of the nicest shooting markers if you know how to set them up correctly.

Despite the fact that I will undoubtedly receieve a low feedback score for this, I will say it anyway. This marker out performs nearly every ego made until 2011. These things are seriously underrated. Small, light fast, smooth (unlike egos), reliable if you use dow 55 and I think pretty good looking. I also find these to be awesomely comfortable. With an eigenram I wouldn't hesitate to shoot one of these as my main marker.

This is the gun I currently choose to shoot. Over the 06 ego, DM5, NXT, and SFT that I have since sold off, because I like this so much.
THe only down side to this gun is that getting to the poppit requires complete dissasembly, but thats not needed often.
Its lighter than other intimidators, operationally the same as an infamous. consistent, and it feels great in your hands. the shape of the frame is contoured, the fact that they take gen 3 electronics helps in finding parts.
They tend to be quieter than other poppits, especially egos.
problems can arise id you have a delarin poppit, but if its brass youll be fine.

Awesome marker for the money, but if you are not savy with disassembling the gun, you will have a messy day of paintball. The poppit is one of the biggest issues with this marker, the middle o-ring especially has the tendency to slip off and cause issues. Save your money and get a gen 5

i had 2 of these, and i loved both . seeing as how i cant stay with one gun for too long, i traded both of mine off . these markers are very good . if you havent played with one, or held one, they will definately catch you by surprise . they are plenty fast, plenty consistant, and real efficient . the noise level isnt real off the hook either . its a relatively quiet gun . the fit and finish of the marker is really good as well . doesnt feel cheap . it has the feel of a quality product . maintenance is crazy easy as well . lube the ram and voila!, your set . all-in-all, if your lookin for a marker thats really dependable, and a snap to care for....this is it . the guys at the field will respect you as well . awesome guns .
