These tanks are an inexpensive way of getting into HPA use. If you are on a budget and want to make the jump to HPA, this is a good way to do it. I own 2 of these tanks and I don't mind the weight, although many people have issues with it. If you can get by the weight, this is a nice tank for the cost.

Overall, fantastic for those needing HPA for cheap.

Pure Energy 48ci HP Tank Great tank. A little on the heavy side, so if you have the money, get carbon fiber. This tank does it's job perfectly.

Pros: Great tank that's consistent
Cons: None so far
I use this tank for my backup Spyder Pilot ACS when I have friends come with me to paintball.

Tank works great! No o-ring issues or leaking.

Lasts multiple games on the Spyder. Tank is a bit small to use on a ramping non-blowback gun that puts out 10-15 bps. I have used it with my ion, but I ran out of air before I ran out of paintballs.

All in all: 10 out of 10

I would buy another one if this one ever dies!

This tank is great if you're trying to keep a budget, but also I would recomend getting a vest or harness with a remote line to carry it because it is a pretty heavy tank. Other than the weight it is a good reliable tank.

Cons: heavy, poor fill nipple
Which seems to be a problem with PEs, the fill nipple is horrible with the o-ring on the stem folding over if filled incorrectly (or even correctly ~ lol).

I bought my tank about 4 years ago when I wanted to get into HPA ~ so for that the tank will always be remembered by me ~ although bad memories. I finally gave it away after I got 2 4500 tanks. IMO these tanks are good for rentals and for people who want to get into HPA tanks cheap.
