Description:
I have had a shocktech DM4 for over 6 months now, and it has never let me down. It shoots very good, is good on air, and is very quiet. The Milling is awesome, and with an Ultralight Frame, only ends up being 2oz or so heavier than a DM6.
Ony 250 were made i believe, but not sure. Comes with some good shocktech aftermarket parts, like their on/off, feedneck, trigger and frame. These guns also seem to have a pretty good resale value if they are in good condition and have some good upgrades.
Pros:
-Looks: The gun looks amazing. The milling flows fairly well, and shocktech went with some good anno choices. It isn't as far out there as the STDM5, but it still impresses.
-Weight: The gun weighs in at 1lb 15oz i believe (correct me if i am wrong please). With a UL frame, it weighs even less. It is noticably lighter than a regular DM4.
-Efficiency: Pretty good efficiency for me anyways. Shooting about 2 pods and a hopper a game, i can get about 3-4 games off a 45k fill (thats good for me anyways, compared so some of the guns i have had).
-Rare: I believe only 250 were made, not sure if they are more rare than a STDM5 or not though.
Cons:
-Size: it is a rather tall gun in my opinion. Compared to a PM7, theres a huge difference in size, but really not a big deal for me.
Overall a great gun, i would recommend it for someone who wants a great looking gun with some good shocktech upgrades.

Shocktech, Inc. DM4The STDM54 is the quintessential paintball gun. Sexy PL milling, great performance, and holds a good price for the collector. The lines are a lot cleaner than the stdm5.

i just wish they had ditched the VAA like on the STDM5, then it would have been perfect.
