Put this in my shocker after I had poor efficiency. It looked like it was just dipped in lube when I got it so I cleaned it off, re-lubed it, and put it in. It works great, my shocker isn't as much of a gas hog as it was. One of the o-rings is a little difficult to take out when your lubing it, thats the only problem I saw with it.
If you have poor efficiency, I would really recommend this bolt but just REMEMBER TO KEEP IT LUBED

You'll go from 5 pods and a hopper on a 68/45 fill to 7ish and a hopper after the upgrade. Keep it lubed and it'll treat you right!
