Pros: Stealth/reload
Cons: Setup
Got my Qloader for Christmas, have played three scenario games since. Biggest headache was the time for setup, but once you get it tweaked, works like a dream. I have mine on a JT-TAC5 (with stock and QMS Upgrade). First game, I started with the 90deg feed elbow supplied by Qloader and a 45deg right feed offset. Chopped balls on every game and the feed tube popped out of the standard JT gorilla grip twice. Went back to my setup, using a vertical feed, the JT 45deg elbow and shoved the feed tube into the gorilla grip (with 2 O-rings), now works perfectly. Feed was sweet and QUIET. No broken balls, and the locked in balls made no noise at all as I move, which is good as I pull two major duties on our team, sniper and corpsman. Swapping Qpods during play is quick and easy; as sniper, I stack the pods in front of me for an even quicker change. The Qpods are longer than average, I had to modify my holders, but that was easy enough.

Loading/Reloading the pods is easy, once you get the hang of it. Keep the silo horizontal, and shake it during loading and it takes about 1 minute to crank in the paint. Sure, longer than just dumping a pod into your hopper, but I donít have a pod pop open and drop 140 rounds in the dirt during the game. I reload each Qpod between games, and always go out fully loaded.

Cleanup is a bit more complicated than normal Ė if youíre breaking balls in the Qpod or feed tube, back off the pre-winds a little. Tech support has been great, I even called about ordering an extra feed tube and they are sending me that free of charge ( and shipping fees).

If youíre in the woods and need to move quietly, I highly recommend the Qloader. The mounting options can sling it low out of the way, it feeds quick and quiet. Take your time on the setup, though. Setup is everything Ė I was very disappointed with my first outing, but tweaking it got me through the rough spots and now I have a great setup. Holding only 100 rounds per pod makes it a little rough on speedball play, but for scenario gaming itís great.

Pros: Sleek, no batteries needed, quiet
Cons: Only bout 100rds, ball breaks task to clean
I bought a set of 6 direct from Qloader for my SP-8. It attached on my marker nicely. I love the look and the durability. Once I had the right length of hose it worked flawlessly. Now you got to put the best paint in these loaders tho. I had used some crap paint and they kept on busting in the pods. It takes some labor to clean theses pods. It's also a labor in loadint them with the laoding silo they system comes with. I use a Vlocity attached to the crank loader and it only takes seconds to fill now. I have had some parts break but with the Lifetime warranty from them it was easily replace. Even tho these may be the fastest loader of 40+bps.... they only hold about 100 rounds. It is good for sniper play because it's very quiet and requires no batteries!!

Pros: Feeds fast, unique concept.
Cons: Somewhat impractical.
Bought the "starter" kit when the QLoader first came out simply to see how well it worked & i was inticed by the overall design.

Setting up the feeding system is a little tedious, mainly having to get the feedtube length just right & deciding how you want to mount the part the pods connect to (generally, right below the barrel is a good place). If the feedtube isn't set up properly, you'll end up with breaks in it as the balls zoom past, which only happened once when i tested it.

Then there's loading the pods - wind them up then use the pod loader thing (i forget the actual terms; sold my QLoader a couple years ago). A little more work than i care to do when filling a pod. Also, the QLoader pods are (or were, maybe they redesigned them now) a little fatter than basic pods. Tight fit in the two packs i had at the time (Redz Dimensionz & Dye Xcel).

For speedball applications, you'll need way more than the 2 pods the starter pack comes with and/or someone willing to fill them for you at the field. As i said in the cons, somewhat impractical. But for certain situations/styles of play or people who just don't shoot a lot, it's at least an option.

Aside from the setup, the performance is true to the hype - it does feed crazy fast. And decreasing the height of the gun considerably is also a nice aspect.

tl;dr - much like brie & caviar, the QLoader has an acquired taste.

Pros: Fast, low profile, many mounting options, no batts
Cons: Hard to load, hard to clean, hard on paint.
I bought this loader system hoping to be able to use it in a couple scenario games in my area. Unfortunately the thing was so finicky that I was hardly able to use it at all. Either the hose would pop off, and I would loose 100 rounds of paint instantly, or it would not start to load properly. I had to roughly tap the back end of the pod to get it to start feeding. If the hose was hit in game, it was nearly impossible to clean and dry in time for another game. Same with paint breaking inside one of the pods. Even the pods were hard to load. You had to sit there and index every ball while you wound each pod up with 100 rounds. If you missed one, you ran the risk of breaking a ball when the force of the loader slammed it into the breach or ball stack. I found that the best way to load it was using a force fed hopper while cranking. The ball holder was useless. Although the harness was quite comfortable and featured (ID card holder, and Velcro pocket) it was expensive.

Pros: low profile, reliable, fast, shooting angles
Cons: loading, only 100 rounds per pod
I have this mounted to my SP1 and it works great! I'm able to shoot from different angles not worring about my balls loading. Very fast loader helps with full auto gun. I would like the pod to hold a little more than 100 rds. The cleaning can be hard the first couple of times but after that not too bad. Learning how to adjust the springs also has a learning curve. loading the pods takes some time and isn't practicle during a game. The pack they give you to carry around and infield load isn't really easy to use on tbhe fly. Overall it is a sweet setup.

Pros: Quiet, Fast, no batteries and no more hopper hits.
Cons: Cleaning the Qpods.
I bought my QLoader from a friend and I am pleased with the overall performance of the unit. A bit of tinkering is initally needed ( positioning your QLoader on your gun and amount of cranks for your pods) but once you do that, it's a breeze to use. Besides being really fast, I have no more hopper hits and other players cannot hear me coming after them, but best of all, no more batteries to worry about when playing. The silo provided is useless and time consuming to use but is overcome by using a cheap battery operated hopper to fill your pods. I rated it a 4 out of 5 because of the initial tinkering needed.

Easily one of the best loaders on the planet if your willing to deal with the cons. Built for the woodsballer in mind this system eliminates the bulky hopper on top of the gun and works like a dream once set up properly. Initial set up to get it running the as intended takes some time and patience but if your looking for a set up with these benefits and willing to put in the time this is the way to go.
