I bought this gun as a step up from my spyder pilot, I wanted a good cheap mid range electro and was down to this or an ion this was cheaper and had gotten good reviews so I went with it. After receiving it I gassed it up and shot about 500 paint balls in less then ten minutes and almost decided to sell my spyder right then. The thing can rip and shoots very accurate ropes of paint. Despite this I am very glad I ended up not selling the spyder, as this gun has been entirely unreliable.
The biggest problem is the detents, they are trash and as this gun is out of production it is impossible to find good aftermarket ones, you are basically forced to buy timmy or other detents and cut them down to fit. This still doesn't work well and the gun will chop because of it. I have only been able to fully use this gun twice in the year I have owned it do to chopping and other misc. problems. Luckily I did not sell my spyder and didn't have to miss any games because my wrath went down.
Another big issue was the assembly of the marker. Taking it apart is not too difficult but putting it back together is a nightmare. The things just wasn't engineered that well and the way the hose fit into the ends of the body is absolutely horrible, if you take it apart expect having a very hard time getting it back together the first time (it gets a little easier but not much afterwords)
I wanted to like this gun, i really did I kept it for over a year despite all its problems. When it shoots it does it well, but too many maintenance issues forced me to sell it. I have since bought a Ion Pro and now I wish I had saved money in the first place and gotten it. There is a reason SP has sold so many of these, because they are awesome. For the money the performance of my ion is excellent and outperforms this gun in just about every way (weight, kick, noise, accuracy, maintenance.)
In closing if you are looking for a good low-mid end electro don't get this gun. Go for an electro Spyder or even better an Ion.

I Purchased my wrath about 2-3 years ago. Out of the box, the gun was about what to be expected for its price point; slow and decent accuracy. My wrath was an earlier generation production. It came with a bd5 board and a metal bolt. The newer wraths now include a more reliable board (cannot recall the name) and delrin/plastic bolt.
The wrath is most definitely an under rated gun, and should be noticed more. The rating i gave above is for the stock gun, however with a few minor upgrades, you can dramatically increase its performance. I gave a 3 out of 5 for performance because the stock board (in my case) had a very high debounce setting that could not be changed. I changed my board to a lucky board that acts as an adapter for dye's matrix chips. Now I have a dm5 chip in my wrath, I am getting the same firing rates as a dm5 and am very pleased with its performance. If it had come with a better board and delrin bolt at my time of purchase, i would have given it a 4 out of 5.
I have not had an issue with this marker that was not my own fault (wrong dwell setting/bad paint/etc), that being said, it has been very reliable to me. I have heard people say they have friends that had bad experiences with this gun. I can only assume this was caused due to something else unrelated to the function of the gun. As long as you don't tamper with the internals or throw it in the mud, i cannot see the wrath failing on its user.
You can find stock wraths for sale for cheaper than what i paid now. I would highly suggest looking for one in the b/s/t section as they will most likely be upgraded already and will sell for the same price as stock brand new. If its used, then it should be set-up to work properly since the last sellers use of it. This eliminates the possibility of out of the box factory problems.
If you want to buy it brand new, that is also fine, however you will not get the noticeable performance boost without the few upgrades. I suggest a t-board (from scenario dreams), a delrin bolt, a nitrogen tank, and a force feed hopper (a halo/vlocity/etc) be used with a wrath. If you do not purchase these upgrades then expect to receive an entry level gun. I have those parts (along with many others for preference and tweaking) installed on my wrath and I am very satisfied with its performance. A picture can be found in my sig.
In reference to joeottoman's statement of getting 35bps+, I must say that without serious internal modding and upgrades, a FASOR is physically incapable of such cycles per second. I believe the max capability of the marker is around 22-27 cycles per second. In my experience, my stock wrath with bd5 board would not fire over 5bps due to its high debounce setting. With all my upgrades, My max is around 20. I haven't checked with a chrono so i can't say for sure. Even still, such speeds are for bragging rights as not many fields would allow such rates of fire.

Stock this marker is ok, nothing special, just something that you can shoot. The stock board isn't too great, and the gun is a little heavy. However, once upgraded this gun is a beast. I have a T-board with ultra chip, clamping feedneck, delrin bolt/pin/ram sleeve, upgraded barrel, macro line with on/off, and this thing can keep up with all the $800+ high ends speedwise. Now their are other benefits that the high ends have over this, because speed isn't everything, but it does keep up. Some people complain about leaks/bad solenoids, however my gun has never leaked or broken down on me. If your looking for a decent mid-end, that will keep up with the higher breed, go ahead and upgrade a Wrath, however if you aren't planning on upgrading, but are hitting the middle end market, a Proto marker will be for you.

Fast, Very Upgradable, Fairly Light, Cocker Thread
Cons:
Under Rated, Slightly Bulky, Air Hog, Mech Noid.
I have to say, the Diablo Wrath is definantly the most under rated paintball gun out there. For a fact I know that a stock wrath could out perform a stock ion. My friend and I did tests and my wrath blew away his ion. At the time I bought my wrath, the average cost of them was around $400. Now you can find then for around $100, even less. I highly suggest this as a great backup gun if you have a more high end gun already, or you can do what I did and upgrade the gun to be just as good, if not better, than the higher end guns. My Wrath outshot every ego and shocker at my field. The only real flaws I find in the gun is that it can be an air hog and that it uses a mech noid. The mech noid isn't a huge problem, it's just they don't seem to be that reliable. Especially the noid wires. They are EXTREMELY sensitive. The air hog isn't that big of a deal if your field as all day air for a minimum price like mine. Air all day for $10 . All in all it is a great gun for the price, even greater if you upgrade it. Instead of buying an ion from a company that tries to sue anybody for every little thing, get a reliable cheaper Diablo Wrath instead.
Just for reference...
My stock wrath could reach about 20 bps with the BD5 board.
Now my upgraded Wrath has shot over 35+ bps.

A true hobbyist marker, GREAT value, looks sharp, pretty decent stock
Cons:
Crappy trigger, positioning of the reg.

This marker is a real joy to disassemble and mod. This marker should really appeal to those who like to take things apart and modify a few things. It has that "hobby" feel to it.
I really can't comment on the reliability since I haven't owned it for over a year. I think that's really a non-issue for me because I love taking this thing apart, cleaning it, and putting it back together. Good maintenance = reliable performance. However, I've heard good things about its reliability, but I believe every marker should be thoroughly taken apart and pieced back together for longevity.
Despite what others may say, there are plenty of upgrades for this marker. Just check out the Diablo subforum here @ pbnation. I only spent a mere $100 total for all upgrades (delrin ram, pin, better-designed cupseals from ACP; a CP on/off ASA which really isn't an upgrade, but more for convenience; and a new trigger). The stock barrel is actually not bad for stock.
I found that any problems I had with the marker, I was able to remedy the problems rather quickly and easily.
I actually found the stock BD5+ board to be more than sufficient to keep up with other markers. Most paintball parks in my area forbid ramping anyways.
It's a great value for the satisfaction you get.
Single-most important mod:
Just please, when you do get it, make sure to pm any of the trigger makers on the diablo subforum and buy their triggers. The stock trigger is utterly horrible.

Its not bad, just you can pay $250 instead of $150 and get ALOT better gun. For a beginner this gun is perfect, new barrel and youll be shooting fine.

i had a personally bad experience with the wrath. out of the box it looked good. i gassed it up and i shot it a few times, then the bolt caught and stoped, air started to shoot out everywere, and i degassed it. there was i giant gash in the metal of the top bolt tube and the bolt had ben ripped and ruined. i sent it back to kee and they said they fixed it. it broke down a second time and i ended up paying over $50 in shipping to and fro. they said they would pay for it but they didnt. instead they gave me a mongoose and they gave me the wrong one so that pissed me off even more. the gun was unreliable for me and i do not reccomend diablo's guns. or kee action sports.
