The profiler is the best mask I’ve ever owned and worn. As a part time Ref you need a mask you can wear all day without taking it off, And the profiler gives you that. The peripheral vision is amazing you can see stuff right next to you unlike many other masks.
a quick little story the first time I wore the mask in a game I took a couple hits to the grill (aka. mouth piece) and all 2 paintballs bounced off lucky me. And a nice feature about the profiler is it looks sweet and its A.S.T.M certified! A key feature is that it rarely ever fogs I’m not saying it can’t. No mask is Perfect but SOME are closer than others and the profiler is a some as far as I’m concerned. You can change the lens in like 30 seconds its just amazing all in all the profiler is One of the greatest masks on the market.

Pros: Price, anti-fog, not-thermal lens, comfort, soft
Cons: IMO kind of ugly, must get used to quick change.
I decided to buy this mask after the rave reviews, and given it's price it's a very good mask. I'll make this review simple:

Good:
- Price
- Comfort
- Hasn't fogged yet
- Non-thermal lens means you can wash it in the sink without getting water stuck in between lenses.
- Lot of color options
- Mask is soft so it should lead to the occasional bounce
- quick change lens system
- Comes with two types of visors.
- Comes with Goggle/Mask bag

Bad:
- I'm 5'9 and 200 lbs, I feel some of my lower jaw is exposed
- The lens is single so it will need an anti-fog treatment eventually.
- The quick change lens system takes some time getting used to
- Although many color options, in my opinion, I think the mask is kind of ugly
- Soft construction, good for bounces, bad for pain.

All in all it's a great mask, it's not perfect, but for $60 you really can't go wrong.

Pros: Amazing field of vision, nice foam, great looks
Cons: Some parts are hard plastic
I bought the Vforce Profiler about 2 or 3 years ago, and haven't used a different mask since, and I have been very pleased with it so far, and it hasn't had any signs of giving, or wearing out (except for this small area around the chin).

Pros

When you first put on the mask, it feels unbelivably comfortable, and it doesn't even seem like your wearing a mask, the foam is so unbelivably soft. When you go out and play, and your panting in the hot, humid days of summer, the lenses don't fog up, even when you do it intentionally, just to see what would happen, and yet nothing fogs up. The breathability in this mask is incredible, it's not like the Events, where it's kind of difficult to breathe in, but this, this mask is amazing. The quick-change feature in the vforce line is incredible, so if you get one of those bad shots, that somehow get through a crevice of the lense, and smudges it a bit, taking the mask apart is a snap.

Also, you can get some bounces off the ear-pieces, which is great, and the mask covers your face completely, so you wont get a surprise shot to the chin, or anywhere else.

Cons

The one thing I don't find to fond about this mask, is that, there is possibly no way to get bounces (except for the ear), like the events, or the proflex, or the grill even. It sucks when every single ball that hits your mask breaks, I have never had a bounce with this mask in my life! I also don't really like the looks of the mask too greatly compared to other high quality masks, but getting a new, nice lense makes up for it I guess.

All in all, if you are wanting to get a new high end mask, go with the profiler, they only cost around 59 USD, so they are definetely worth every single penny, and also, the lenses are changed in a snap, so you wont have any problems with that.

Pros: lens changes easily, good protection
Cons: air flow/venting
The profiler is a great all around mask, I remember when they first came out I got one right away after seeing it for the first time. Now that they have been on the market for some time the price has gone down making them a great value. Besides the initial attraction I learned that this mask has some great features like:

Protection-the profiler provides good face protection, and paticularly good chin and neck protection compared to other masks

Lens-the lens is bigger than most providing a slightly larger viewable area, it is a single pane lens with an anti-fog coating that never fogged up on me. Not to mention the lens can changed much more easily and quickly than other masks.

Comfort-in general the mask is pretty comfotable, with the only downside being there isn't much room for air to escape making it less breathable, and not as good for yelling to your teammates

Overall I would say that the profiler is a great value for anyone that doesn't want to spend a fortune for a nice looking mask.

Pros: Cheap, Anti-fog, full protection
Cons: Can get damaged easily
This mask held up great, and never really broke. The lenses get scratched easily, and their anti-fog property goes away over a few days of heavy play. I did run into a problem with some plastic peeling off the mask, and the strap started tearing. I got a new mask before the strap tore off mid-game... but it was probably hanging on by a few stitches for about 3 months (completely unsafe on my part).

They're comparable to the Grillz in performance, but the Profiler offers a bit more protection at the cost of it being bigger - I say its worth it. Its also much cheaper... best mask for the money, definitely performs like a more expensive mask.

Pros: anti-fog, ear cover
Cons: tightening
This is an amazing mask. It works just as well as grills or events or any other of the more expensive masks out there. The aesthetics are really personal preference. I like them, they look just as good as any other mask and they perform just as well. They are also cheaper than the other masks.

Pros
The anti fog works perfectly
Soft ear protection (it's definetly better than my previous mask)
Clear Lens
Good venting for easy breathing and communication

Cons
It's a bit hard to tighten during a game

But other than that its amazing.

When I say it has no "cons", I really truly mean that. I have not found a single thing to nitpick about this mask.

Comfort-Considering that pretty much all paintball masks pass the ASTM inspection, comfort should be the highest priority on your list. This mask does not let you down. I won't go so far as to say that you can't feel that you're wearing it, because you can, as with every paintball mask. I will say that it is about as good as you're going to get in terms of comfort.

Safety-Passed all major safety inspections, and it has sufficient coverage of the face and ears, so no problems here.

Vision-The vision on this mask is phenomenal. I can barely notice a difference between wearing it and not wearing it. Also, I would recommend you carry a microfiber cloth of some sort to wipe off grease from paintballs after the game is over. Again, everything about the mask is superb in this category.

Overall-This truly is an incredible mask. If I could buy a mask again, I definitely would choose this one. For most people, the choice will probably be between the Proflex and the Profilers. I would personally choose the Profilers as the ears on the Proflex are "soft ears", which makes your ears much more prone to injury from a paintball (it has happened before).
