The PMR isn't a bad marker at all for someone perhaps first experimenting with Speedball or Electronic Markers. I happened to have a Tadao board in mine, which allowed me to shoot at many different speeds and styles. But with the stock board, you had 3 or 4 different modes. The marker was very reliable, never had issues with it at all. The only negative thing about the marker is that it has a significant amount of O-Rings. I happened to lose one when cleaning my marker once, and I had to buy a $25 dollar kit with +50 O-Rings in it. I then had to figure out which was which. Another things I didn't like was when removing the board, if for any reason you would, I always had an extremely difficult time getting the power buttons back in. They would always fall out and it was irritating.

Otherwise, this is a good marker for the speedball player on a budget, or not on a serious team. It certainly gets the job done.

The PMR is a great gun to begin playing with, whether you play woodsball or speedball. I personally used it for both, and it worked flawlessly. Some of the stock parts like the frame and feedneck feel cheap and I would be afraid to easily break them. I recommend a UL and a new feedneck, but otherwise the gun worked great with no issues.

Recently have found a 2008 PMR for sale and picked it up at the price of only $140. Its has done nothing but work great for me thus far. But I'd still only recommend this at a beginner/mid level. Its a great marker for its price at the moment, but I've recently been noticing some Air Efficiency issues. Haven't really had the time to check into it further, so it could just be that I am getting to wild on the field and roping paint left and right with no regard to my air gauge (haha)
-Great Product
-Shoots Decent
-Easy Clean
-Beginner/Mid Level Players
-Air Efficiency?
-Looks Nice
-Shoots Great

Cons: Not reliable, breaks often
This a Dye gun at heart. It feels good, looks good, shoots good, but needs something fixed or replaced ALL the time. I've owned it for about 4 months and had to replace O-rings, batteries, and a whole solenoid. This gun has a beginner price but is not a beginner marker at all. I f you are willing to take the risk and buy a PMR, go for it. It is a great shooting gun. Over all, I would give this gun 3 1/2 stars out of 5.

you can pick these up for used 120 dollars now practically. not too many other markers are going to give you that much bang for your buck.
