Proto Paintball - Proto Matrix 8 (PM8) Reviews
Proto Paintball Proto Matrix 8 (PM8) I got my hands on one of these for an event during the AXBL. I was always used to shooting DYE guns so it was an easy transition for me. The gun shot well but wasn't as smooth as my DM series guns....

Pros: shoots well, feels good
Cons: None really!
I got my hands on one of these for an event during the AXBL. I was always used to shooting DYE guns so it was an easy transition for me. The gun shot well but wasn't as smooth as my DM series guns. However, for the money they are tough to beat.

Coming with a UL frame the are def comfy and the little groove in the front makes it very nice for your hands.

over all, they are nice! I just wish they were a bit more smooth.

Pros: Great feel, light, fast, quiet, soft shot
Cons: the eye pipe broke
I had the gun for roughly 2 years and loved it, ever aspect, accept the eye pipe, it broke and it really bothered me. Other than that the gun shot great, had normal efficiency, had really good ergonomics, shot very quietly and smoothly, and was decently light for being a spool valve gun.

This gun rivals a DM9 in performance, and is half the price, i would recommend it to anybody considering buying one.
