I used the Myth reg for several months. The pinging never really bothered me and it had decent recharge. The one incident that made me change my mind was when my macroline burst. While it made for a short and sleek reg, not having a low pressure burst disk is a non-starter. Eliminating it turns your macro or your solenoid into the low pressure burst disk. I will never use another reg that does not have a low pressure burst disk.

Guerrilla Air, Inc. Myth (4500 PSI)i have gone through three of these regs. They suck a lot, costumer service might be good to replace them if under warranty i don't know but i wont pay to have it fixed

This regulator was really nice for the time being but after about a year, it began to start eating through fill nipple o-rings for some reason. I confronted a knowledgable person I know and he said they often strip since the threads are much shorter inside which can cause the tank to blow so I just got rid of it.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the only Myth reg I had. I put on on my Crossfire 68/45.
I tested it for a shot or two at the local shop when I picked it up. When I used it a few nights later at the field I noticed that what I thought was my gun would ping every few shots.
Tear the gun down, lube, clean, put it back together, same thing. Tried another tank, no ping. Put the tank on another gun and it was the tank pinging.
It performed fine but no idea why the ping. We found out that it was not common but there weas feedback about a ping in the reg.
Like I said, performance wise, nice reg. If not for the ping I would give ita little better rating.

I was the first at my local field to get a Myth reg and apparently started a trend. Its a very light, efficiant, and consistant reg. I highly suggest you get one.

Guerrilla Air, Inc. Myth (4500 PSI)This reg is great! It is small/compact and lightweight but the only down side is the pinging noise that it gives off when I shoot my marker.

I had a myth reg on my 48/4500 tank, very nice compact design. I always loved how small the whole package was together.
My biggest issue was I had tank "ping", and GA never would admit to the problem or supply a fix that worked. I finally sold it as I was tired of hearing a ping/clang sound when I fired my Geo.
I think they fixed it in the new design though, so if I ever bought one again, it would be the new design.
