I have had my JT team's for about a year and a half now and although they're a little worn I would say they are still better than any new pants out right now. In my opinion I think these pants look great, but I would suggest trying on a pair even if you don't like the way they look, because it was the comfort that won me over. The main advantages to the pants are:
Comfort; the lightweight material and mesh lining are very breathable, and on those cold days they aren't bad either since they don't have large venting like most other PB pants
Padding; the padding on these pants is exceptional, I have tried other pants that have padding all over (which I thought would be better) and realized you don't need a lot of padding, just quality padding in the right spot. The large knee pad provides good protection, and paintballs will bounce off of them all day long. However the padding does wear out kind of fast, but when compared with the benefits this isn't a big deal.
Overall I would recommend these for any type of paintballer from the occasional rec player to the die-hard tourney baller.

the button/ zipper system is better than most on the market. I do find the kneepads overly large. even with them, I still need to wear pads underneath. so Id rather have pants that didnt rip the second time I wear them.

I absolutly love JT teams i have had numerous pairs due to there comfortability, Padding and BOUnces which every player likes the kness are constructed with 1000 denier fabric -Kevlar-Mix knees with internal padding -Ballistic nylon and sewn together with the toughest Nylon thread on Earth! what more could you ask from a pair of tournament painball pants

The knee pads are oversized to cover anyone's knee's whether you lowride, or wear your pants up to your ribs. They don't rip easily and can withstand a decent amount of wear. Unfortunately all good things dont last. The knee pads seem to wear out after good usage, but they do last for some time...
Another key factor is comfort. They breath like you were stark naked, and feel great. They have adjustable waist, along with several nifty pockets

i own both of them the 08 and (07 team pants on my first day i bot my jts 07 pants and my first power slider it riped at the seem butt i got my other pair and they worked just fine but the look geat and there vary confy they have great knee padz its nice it has deep pockets and its made out of polyester i think but there easy to run in)the 08's are great asweal and they have amzaing knee pads they have all the things that the o7 and 06 s theres only two diffents and that is that the pading is is exspanded so the seams dont rip and thet look like carpender knee pads and the other thing difent about the 08 is the colers the are lighter and jt logo is smaller butt dont let the pictures fool u online the logos look pretty cool and the it has a astic band on the botem and its attched to the leg of the pant an the and have speegy pockets and i love pretty much all jt makes and both are good chooses but i rec mend the 08s thats just me hope this info helps you deaside

I absolutely love my black jt teams. I have tried some other pants but none of them are nearly as comfortable to wear as the jt's. My favorite feature is the knee pads, they are enough to protect your knees while sliding. Some of the other pants i have used left my knees scratched up and hurting after i would work the snake a few games. NOT THESE, also the knee pad goes above and below your knee so you don't have to worry about weather the pad will protect your knees its oversized. I really like these and I would recommend trying them over some of the others. They are my favorite pants and i will continue to buy and support jt as long as they keep making excellent pants like this.
Only down fall. is the knee pads can wear kinda quick but mine have held up very well and i really like them.

If your looking for awesome pants to look cool and don't care what your spending there the pants for you! If your on a budget and need some really durable pants, go with a simpler pair of pants..
