these are great pants. ive only owned one pair, but would like to get another sometime soon. the knee padding is ample and doesnt impede your movement. the pants are lightweight and the material is top notch. the only thing that is weak is the stitching on the large jt logos on the front of the pants. the stitching comes off pretty often with use and you either have to just pull the logo off *which i think ruins the look of the pants* or restitch it which can suck if you dont know how to properly. they are pretty hard to come by now, but if you can find a pair id recommend picking them up.

Similar Products Used: Draxxus Pants, Smart Parts Pants.
Strengths: Dual Snap Closure, Deep Front Pockets, Ballistic Nylon Padded Knees, Adjustable Ankle Drawstring and Velcro Side Pulls, Inner Thigh and Pocket Venting.
Weaknesses: Squeegee Sleeve Pocket could be deeper, but besides that, no real flaws in the pants.
Review: Using gear that was designed for tournaments on a Scenario field could be weird for some, but it is natural to us. We are a Scenario Team that chooses practical gear over the tactical look that some associate with Scenario Paintball. The benefits to using gear that was purpose built for paintball and not for the military; easily outweighs any negatives that one may associate with using bright colored tournament gear in the woods. As stated in the strengths section, the knee pads come in handy when you are lying in wait in the bushes or kneeling in rough terrain.
The breathable inner thigh and pocket venting allows for comfortable playing for extended periods of time. The durable material on the pants allows for the player to pursue his opponent threw any thick under brush that may have stopped him otherwise. The adjustable waste size allows for the equipment to adapt to the players body, additionally there are belt loops for those players who choose to wear a belt on the field.
The deep front pockets are a nice addition to the pants, as they allow for numerous small items, such as field maps, player ID's and small rags to be carried securely on the field without fear of falling out in the middle of the game.
Conclusion: I have used many types of pants over the last few seasons, and thus far these pants have been the best hands down. You can tell just by looking at them, that a lot of thought went into the design for these pants. I gave these pants a 9/10 review due to the fact that the squeegee pocket could have been deeper.

JT Paintball JT Team PantsNot the best looking pants but they've always preformed great for me and I hope that I never wear them out, or if I do JT will release some that are like the classic JT Pants that I still use.

Pros:
-Can be had at a great price
-Great looks, pretty standard for pants around 07
-Lightweight
-Nice padding, (could be located higher)
-Adjustable waist
Cons:
-Pad positioning low - have had several pair rip right above the knee pad (yes, I was wearing the correct size - this happens to a lot of people)
-Crotch stitching weak, had several pair rip on me (as well as many friends)
-Logo stitching weak, all logos rip off (also had several friends have this problem)
Overall, I'd suggest these pants. They are definitely very comfortable, and the adjustable waist is a nice feature, as well as the elastic pulls at the bottom of the legs to stop shredding. The padding is low, but still provides a considerable amount of protection and greatly helps your slides. They can be had at a great price and are great pants if you're on a budget, or don't mind buying pants more often than you would with other newer brand pants (PE, Dye). 4/5 Rating

My JT teams were my second pair of paintball pants and are well worth the money. They are very well fitting even if you happen to be large. The sizes vary and on most sites that sell them will tell you what size fits what waist. The only thing I dont like about them is that they dont come in many colors.

I have had my JT team's for about a year and a half now and although they're a little worn I would say they are still better than any new pants out right now. In my opinion I think these pants look great, but I would suggest trying on a pair even if you don't like the way they look, because it was the comfort that won me over. The main advantages to the pants are:
Comfort; the lightweight material and mesh lining are very breathable, and on those cold days they aren't bad either since they don't have large venting like most other PB pants
Padding; the padding on these pants is exceptional, I have tried other pants that have padding all over (which I thought would be better) and realized you don't need a lot of padding, just quality padding in the right spot. The large knee pad provides good protection, and paintballs will bounce off of them all day long. However the padding does wear out kind of fast, but when compared with the benefits this isn't a big deal.
Overall I would recommend these for any type of paintballer from the occasional rec player to the die-hard tourney baller.
