I had the opportunity to shoot an lv1 today at practice and I have to honestly say other than the sub par design this marker worked flawlessly, it doesn't shoot like a traditional ego...not nearly as loud as a poppit should be and it was ball on ball accurate...as I've previously stated I do not like the design of the lv1 but pe has managed to lower the sound signature which is incredible...just wish It didn't cost as much as it does...I'd recommend this gun if u can afford it and like the design....

Cons: nothing major
First off, this come guns with the amazing packaging that eclipse has become known for. The sturdy hardshell case and a bunch of goodies to help maintain your marker. Always an awesome job.

The appearance at first wasn't my favorite but over time it definitely grew on me. I love the appearance and colors now.

The ergonomics of this gun are incredible and it definitely feels amazing when held. One of, if not the most, comfortable guns I have ever held. The removal of the external lpr torpedo is amazing as well.

The very first time I shot this markee I was absolutely blown away. It's an extremely soft shot with very little kick. When firing a stream I usually only feel the slight kick from the first shot and then almost nothing. The gun is extremely quiet too.

As far as cons go, I have to be pretty nitpicky about it. The length may be a little long for some people (I don't have a problem with it) even though the distance isn't that much greater compared to past egos. Another con would be paint gets stuck in the small grooves of the grips. Its not a big deal to some and it's not a deal breaker in any way. These cons are just me being extremely nitpicky too as there is very little I don't like about this gun.

Overall this is definitely the best marker I have owned to date and I plan on keeping it my main shooter for a long time.

Cons: $1400 price tag
i would like to start by saying that the only gripe i have with buying this gun is shelling out that much cash. there isn't anything wrong with planet eclipse charging that amount, i'm just cheap. the first thing i noticed about the gun was the awesome ergonomics. its super light and just fits in your hands. i already knew not to dry fire the gun, so naturally i put paint through it.. its quieter than a geo 3 with barely any kick. most of my friends thought the gun was chrono'd under 200, but it was shooting 290 fps, corner to corner, into the wind, on a regulation psp field. i was getting close to 10 pods and a hopper out out of a 68/45. money well spent if you're only interested in owning the best.

Quiet , smooth , accurate. This is what the ego should shoot like. Feels good in the hands. It also has a great drop shot for shooting into the snake or over bunkers.

cons: the gun requires a little tlc to keep it tuned after several cases. The price point is high but you get what you pay for. The gun is def quality.
