Pros: Light and compact
Cons: Need to maintain a lot
I bought this gun a year ago just because it looked so good and the design was incredible. It shoots amazing too, real smooth and not very loud in my opinion. Very easy to switch between firing modes as well. You are going to need to buy another barrel for this gun because in my mind the stock isnt all that great.

Cons: If you intend to buy this gun, make sure that you are very willing to maintain this gun properly, by lubing and cleaning the gun a lot. Ive had some problems with leaks before but they are very very easy fixes that you can do yourself.

Overall: Its an outstanding gun for the price, ive gotten a couple of my buddies to go out and buy this gun. I highly recommend it to anyone out there looking for a great gun for a decent price.

the valken proton is a great begins speedball gun and it has a lot of great features. ok, lest start with the manual. It is not the best manual but it does tell you what you need to know in seven or so pages. next the barrel, the proton comes with a 14 in. one pc. stock barrel which I would highly recommend upgrading to something better. next the asa the proton comes with a twit on/off asa which is nice. reg. the proton has a very easy to maintenance. The bolt is a tool-less disassembly so you can take it apart on the go. As far as the trigger you may want to adjust it a little because its not the best out of the box but that is just my opinion. The trigger also has 3 points that you can adjust it from. The feedneck is a camlock style which is nice all you have to do is adjust it to fit your hopper with one of the the allen wrenches that are included with the gun. Since this is an electronic gun in the front grip there are 3 led lights and two buttons the gun also has 5 firing mode and can go up to 30 balls a second. The firing modes include semi, 3 round burst, full auto, ramp one, and ramp two. The board id really easy to learn and the led light are bright enough so you can see them on a bright day. Also the gun includes extra O-rings, detents, and springs if anything brakes. there is also an allen key for every screw on the gun so you don't have to worry about that. Hope this made you choice a little bit easier and thanks for reading.

Pros: Price!
Cons: Uh not sure
I actually have 2 valken protons, these are amazing markers. I have owned multiple markers in this price range and I would as it is better than any of th 3 invert minis I have had. This was a great buy and I recommended anybody looking to get into the sport to look at this. The trigger isn't that bad just a little hard compared to let's say a luxe. Considering I own this and a luxe I would say it isn't that far behind it. (Just needs a talking board and a some other upgrades.) GET THIS MARKER!

The Valekn Proton is an amazing shooter for the price. You need to know how to maintain your Proton correctly though because of certain asa leaks. Not a hard fix though. Id buy another one if I had the cash sitting around. It shoots great and is very efficient. Go buy one if your thinking about it.

Cons: odd trigger, lots of problems
I received this gun as a try it, and it shot well for awhile, but i soon started having lots of problems. i soon found the problems and fixed them. put my freak barrel on the proton and my god it shot just as good as a Axe, Etek, Ego. it was superb. i was dumb-founded. i recommend this gun for any 1-2yr players on a budget. Great Gun! Good Job Valken.

Cons: Ergonomics, Dirty Eyes
Very well packaged Marker. Shot great even in the cold. Easy to use and maintain. I just didn't like the way the grip felt or the small forward grip. Good entry level marker with high end features. After some use the eyes tend to get dirty and cause the software to go into a safe mode. A Quick swab and back in business.
