The Virtue Spire is the next generation in loader technology with a shot activated sensor, jam-proof feeding system and a tool-less design that can be taken apart and reassembled in seconds. Not only is the Spire an aggressive, lightweight, and compact design, but it also holds more paint than the leading competitors.

Price paid: $260.00
Pros: High capacity, Large feed mouth, able to see paint
Cons: Inconsistent when low paint, expensive speed feed
I got the Russian Legion edition of the loader which included the matching speed feed hence the higher price. I've been using the Dye Rotor before this.

- The Spire has a larger mouth to feed which is amazing. I can fill quicker and easier.
- You can actually see how much paint is in the Spire. The back of the Spire has a large see through back so its easy to see how much paint you have.
- Disassembly very easy. Makes it easy to clean and swap out the lid.

I find that a big draw back of the Spire is if you are low on paint, its not the best since it uses recoil to turn the spire. If you miss a ball, it misses a chance to reload. When using this, you have to be very mindful of how much paint you have. In addition to this, if you are low on paint and angle it downwards, the Spire might not feed because the raceway is at the back and the balls might not get to it, hence you won't be shooting. You must be mindful of the positioning of your gun.

The speed feeds are also at a very high price point at around $40-50. However, they are probably the best designed speed feed due to the utilization of springs as oppose to rubber for the teeth.

In conclusion I think the Spire is a great product. I use this as my main loader now. The large feed mouth and capacity really swayed me towards the Spire as oppose to staying with the Rotor. However, if i were to recommend a loader to someone new or looking for a reliable loader, I was recommend the Rotor.

Pros: super light
Cons: minor problems
i have a couple issues with the spire. For starters it's not the best at feeding the last 20 balls. Second, i'm so used to the rotor making so much noise when i run out of paint, that i don't even notice that i've run out, until it just doesn't shoot anymore. Third, is fast reloading. With the tall spire tower, it's hard for the balls to get past that, and get to the front of the hopper. It needs a little bit of a shake. Other then that, i've had no problems, and I'm definitely keeping mine!

Pros: look,doesnt jam,holds 200,huge fill
Cons: could use more color choices
I got rid of my month old rotor for this jam proof hopper and it has lived up to all the hype. The huge opening to fill is awesome! Its very difficult to miss...its quicker to take apart than the rotor and easier. I cant say enough about this hopper. Hopefully they come out with more color options for this in the future. This is an amazing hopper i recomend this if you are upgrading or looking to switch.

Pros: light, small profile, never jams
Cons: a loooott of money
I have a black/red spire to match my ego 8. What can i say, its a great loader. its light, holds a lot of paint, and has the smallest profile on the market. has never jammed on me. only problem is the cost. seems like way too much money for a hopper. but if it holds up to its promise of never jamming then it might be worth it in the end.

Pros: Profile, adjustable settings
Cons: g force sensor calibration
just picked this up used and it keeps up with my '13 reflex rail at 25 bps and it is gentle on paint like every other loader, but the g force sensors aren't the greatest because when the hopper gets half empty it keeps trying to auto feed because it thinks i'm out or low on paint which isn't the case now i'm gonna try some subtle tweaks to it and see what happens but in the case of the debate between spire and rotor, i'd say i prefer the rotor, but this spire might still surprise me

Pros: Quality construction, great feed system, tooless
Cons: bit pricey at retail, but great used deals
Upgrading from a RelB this is a nice upgrade for me. I like the auto-anti jam and I have messed up paint with the rip drive as often as it has saved me. It is smaller and much lighter, it uses half the batteries and lasts longer(huge plus when you're used to 6xAA's) and I love the tooless design after years of dealing with Halo screws and pins.

Would definitely recommend to anyone.
