Pros: breathable, bounces off lower mask
Cons: price, weight
I picked this mask up in a trade for a Sly Profit.

The flex parts of this mask are great. They offer great beathability, a smaller profile than the original proflex mask, and the lowers behave the same way (a bounce every now and again).

The parts I had issue with - 1) the foam isn't as good as the older Proflexs. But from messing around in the store, newer JT masks don't have as nice foam as my older masks do... so I'm not too sure what is happening at the factory.

2) The mask seems a bit heavier than the Proflex. No big deal, but it was a little unexpected.

I would recommend this mask, if someone wanted to spend high dollar on a paintball mask. If someone was price conscious, I would recommend the Proflex.

I had been looking forward to this mask for some time now. I have a rather extensive JT Proflex collection... Somewhere near 50 ProFlex's...

Everything about the concept of the E-Flex is spot on in my opinion.

- Foam like JT ProFlex (not really)
- Interchangeable bottoms (yeah, but they're just not the same and they are pretty tough to get through the hole on the ProFlex frames)
- Quick change lens (this is true)
- Event type soft ears (nice feature)

All in all a great concept and I'm sure a nice mask for many... But it will in no way be able to take the place of my beloved ProFlex's... The foam is much stiffer and the EVent type frame just seems to press in on my nose way too much. I have a very normal size nose, on the smaller side if anything. They just aren't nearly as comfortable as a real ProFlex.

It'd be nice if Empire would just make some new style frames for an already nearly perfect mask... The JT ProFlex. It they just had a frame that was nearly the same in looks, but with a slightly easier lens change system. That would truly be a perfect mask.

Empire E-Flex One of the most comfy masks I've worn. Very good vision. Honestly the only thing wrong is the price.

The eflex looks mean and it combines the great comfort and reliability of the flex with the great looks of the events.
The foam is amazingly soft.
The lense is so quick to change and is 100% easier to swap than the regular flex lense.
This quick tear down makes it so easy to clean up after a day of Play.

The only negative was how long I had to wait to finally get one.

Pros: Comfy, Large Field of Vision, Light, Quick Change
Cons: tabs holding in lens, Nose Piece
Bought the E-Flex a couple of weeks ago on a special discount at the cpx pro shop and wow am i amazed! Super Comfortable, super lightweight, and an enormous field of vision! Quick Change lens is nice, except the little tabs that hold them in can be easy to lose. Soft ears offer lots of protection and comfort. Great Breath ability, almost feels like you have no mask on at all! The stock lens that comes with the mask does have a black thermal lining that does get in your field of vision, but once you start playing you dont really notice that. Could be a little more comfortable around the nose, but by no means is it uncomfortable. Would like to see more color options avaliable.

An overall big improvement over proflex's well worth the extra money.

Pros: Breatheable, light weight, extremely comfortable
Cons: Nothing
My favorite thing about this mask is that its very, very comfortable, and that it breathes well. Like the previous JT flex you can roll the rubber, mouth vent backwards when youre not in play but still in a "Mask On" area. For those who have used either empire eventz or jt flex's in the past, the empire lenses, and jt mouth pieces are compatible.
Its not the flashiest mask but like the jt flexes, im sure various colored ear pieces, bottoms, tops are in the works.

Overall id recommend this mask. Ive been in some pretty humid weather and no fog!!!

Pros: SUPER LIGHT
Cons: None so far
I bought and used this mask at PSP Chicago and loved it! it has the event frame, with the flex bottoms, and the very loved flex foam. The foam is just outstandingly comfortable. Ive never been a flex fan, but always an event fan.

They are super light on your face, the ear pieces are very nice, and big, compared to the flex that was terrible(soft ) and the thing i like about them is the customization ability.

You can take your favorite strap, your favorite bottoms and favorite ears, while keeping the event frame and you have a customized eflex.

The event lens changing system is dummy proof. anyone can do it.
the flex lens changing, terrible, i wouldnt be able to pull it out to the point of just terror . but they really did come out with a hit with the eflex.

id give it an a+

Pros: Breathable, Never Fogged, Comfortable
Cons: Lense Tightness, Flex warps
I bought this mask a couple weeks back and was in love with it at first. Soon I noticed that if the flex part sits on anything it will warp and mis-shape it, much like you see in old flex's. Due to this I had to be very careful and couldn't keep it in my gear bag or it would be all messed up when I pulled it back out.
That was all fine and well until I noticed that the lens starts to lose tightness in the frames and wiggle up and down at the bottom. If you tweak the mask you can see a gap between the lens and frame, seems like a serious design flaw to me.
I only noticed this because I got shot in the base of the lens and paint came through the gap and sprayed me in the eyes.
Since then I feel unsafe and haven't worn them
I've owned e-vents in the past and never had this problem, I think its due to the frame and bottoms being separate, it seems to weaken the strength of the mask.
Hopefully I just got a defective mask and they aren't all like this :/

I was very excited to see this mask released, finally an updated version of the flex that did the mask justice. I loved the event's lens system and design to begin with so coupling that with the flex's super ventilated bottoms was a stroke of genius. Inside the mask is the famous JT foam lining it that flex fans will know and love, along with some new soft-ear design that delivers the protection and durability the flex and events lacked. All around beautiful mask and by far one of the best i've had on my face(and i've worn a lot of masks). The only thing I could say brings this mask down is the daunting price tag. $109.00 is very steep for a mask(however nice it may be) along with the fact that you are no longer getting the extras you expected out of the original events for the price you had to pay then. What I mean of course is only one lens is provided, single clear lens instead of both a smoke and clear lens, and no visor what so ever, where as before a visor and brow shield were standard.
