First things first, I found this mask, lightly used a while back and jumped on it for $35. Not sure what the go for new/used now, but that's how I got mine.
This mask is definitely a favorite of mine. They are light, comfortable, good looking, easy to maintain and generally a pleasure to own. The replaceable foam is a nice asset to have, as well as the ear pads.
Performance wise, the field of vision is excellent, and I can't remember a time this mask has fogged on me. I wear glasses underneath my Grills and the fit and comfort are still excellent. They have a "tight" fit and a low profile, which is nice, but they still provide more than adequate chin and ear protection, unlike several competitors masks (looking at you Dye). The strap works well to keep them comfortably on my face, and a backwards hat, sandana or headband works wonderfully well to keep them from sliding down the back of my noggin.
I got mine in Black/White, and the white is a bit of a pain to keep clean, but a tooth brush + some warm soapy water is all it takes to keep them looking at least relatively new.
The only real issue I have had is that the regular, single pane lenses with the baked on anit-fog coating tend to give up the ghost very quickly. After just a couple of uses there is noticeable crazing in the coating. If the lens is not kept immaculately clean, with a microfiber, that crazing will quickly become flaking and the lens will become useless. V-force released some dual paned, true thermal lenses that supposedly dealt with the problem, but they are tough to find.
All in all I have loved my Grills and will continue to use them for the long haul, so long as I can keep getting fresh lenses on the regular!

Very comfortable mask, foam does not constrict and or make breathing harder. You will have to yell out louder for teammates to hear you, otherwise you're just wasting you breath.
One bad thing is the mask can and will fog up faster in the cold. Also, the mask doesn't come with thermal lenses which is no good. You can buy thermal lenses now which is great but don't want to spend extra money after buying a new mask.

You can buy thermal lenses now which is great but don't want to spend extra money after buying a new mask.
