Pros: Magnetic drive, high capacity tray
Cons: Reassembly, backheavy design
I purchased this loader when it first came out. I used it on my 07 ego, NXT shocker, and even tried it on my luxe (yes, I still keep it around to beat up). It adds a interesting feel to the marker when in use. It places the weight more towards the back of the gun, unlike common markers which seem to sit forwards or to the center of the gun. Quite commonly, this hopper will spin around if not tightened down extremely well in a feedneck. At the time, the magnet drive (pre prophecy) was the only one like it on the market.

Pros: High capacity, pretty light, quiet, fast
Cons: Programming at first. <--Other than that, nothing
Ok so i got my empire magna about a week ago and was ready to test it out. First thing i noticed was that even though it has the ability to hold a lot of paintballs its pretty light. Also, this thing is pretty darn fast. One thing that i didnt like, was at first, i had a hard time figuring out how to progrma this thing, but once i got it, its really easy. So if anyone wants a good quality, light, fast hopper, go for this, DEFFINATLY worth it.

Pros: Inexpensive, widely available
Cons: Fugly, still a glorified halo, eats batteries
I picked up a Magna a little bit ago to use as a backup hopper.

It works, that's about it. It's really ugly having the feedtube at the very front. I'm also very worried about the feedneck breaking, even though I haven't heard about that being too much of a problem.

One thing that really pissed me off, was that I put fresh batteries in my magna, and 3 weeks later when I lent the hopper out, it had drained the batteries all the way down.

I have had my Magna for about a year now, It has served me pretty well considering. They don't make shells for hoppers like they used to, but overall it's not a bad buy.

I was able to run it on 9v last weekend to get me by in a pinch. Solid hopper overall.

Pros: Fast and consistent
Cons: swept back design is weird
I liked this hopper in a smoke color so I can see how much paint I have, an the magna clutch is super fast as well as gentle on the paint. It is made of a durable polycarbonate unlike the old halos. The only problem I had with it is the weird swept back design that feels akward on my gun. I bought it a while back when they went on sale at ANSgear. Since then I have switched to the prophecy and that fixes that problem I had with the swept back design You can get these cheap nowadays used and they will keep up with any gun. Great value if you like the swept back design

Pros: Feeds superfast, sturdy construction
Cons: Can be backheavy on certain markers
This is my second favourite loader just after the B2.
It has a sturdy construction and has a very fast and consistent feedrate.

Due to it's shape the only unique con to the design that I can think of is that the main body of the loader will hang far back over the marker. That can lead to a backheavy set up. Granted this can also be a pro if you have a marker where the feedneck placement is far up on the marker. (dm3).

Sadly it also shares the screw-mania ofthe B2 so it can be timeconsuming to disassemble.
