Pros: does what it supposed to
Cons: nothing realy
I've had my velocity on my A1 for all of this year during tournament play. The loader keeps up to the Angel no problem, as fast I can shoot it will load. The mouth is nice and big so loading is never a problem even in those tight tournament situations when speed counts the most. I haven't modified mine at all, it's stock out of the box, but with lots of shell, board and loader mouth options you can pretty well do what you want with this thing.

Owned numerous Vlocitys and they all work awesome, very reliable, very strong shell and feedneck. People say it sits tall in the feedneck, but I cut mine down and it sits very low. Sorta crappy battery life compared to some of the newer loaders, but I wouldn't trade my Vlocity in for the world, easily my favourite loader I've used.

this was a good loader no halo or rotor but not bad. out of the box it would always eat through batteries like in one weekend of play after i got a virtue board for it, i had no problem with it. used one till i got the money for a rotor.

another downside was the plastic neck piece seemed to be very breakable good thing i beat up my gear.
