this was THE gun from 04-06 without a doubt. the fastest, lightest, best shooting one on the market. i had one of the first 2 released to the public. the gun blew me away when i first got it. extremely fast shooting, deadly accurate and great on air. of course now these guns are quite outdated, but they are still one of the best looking guns ever made. if you were looking for one now, the only mod id suggest is a different trigger, everything else on the gun was very sound. i see them for sale for 200-350 depending on what is done to them. if your in the price range and want one of the last truly private label guns, there are few other options.

Why Should you Upgrade from a Second Gen to this?
Appearance:
In my opinion, the Empire was by far one of the coolest designs to hit the market at the time. The branded put forth by Bob Long and Empire was unprecedented to anything else seen in the industry.
Comfort:
The tighter grip frame made things a good bit more comfortable for players at the time. It gave you the ability to have more control over the marker, shed some weight, and put your hand in a more ergonomic position.
Cons:
Declined in value rapidly. Early the next year Ego's made their first appearance in the market. Many people jump shipped and these dropped in value rather quickly.

Bob Long Technologies Empire IntimidatorI bought mine in 2006 and im still using it in 2012. Never had major problems with it. Played lots of tournaments with it. Sometimes it can be hard to get the fps right.

Bob Long Technologies Empire IntimidatorHad the gun for a couple years. Loved every thing about it. Got the gun in a trade and eventually traded it for a new timmy. Bob Longs are great!
