I purchased one of these triggers for my Axe from a local pro shop a few weeks ago. During installation, I noticed that the bottom hole in the trigger was not threaded for the magnet...wtf? Luckily, I personally own a tap and thread set, so I took care of that issue my self. The magnet is much too weak for this trigger in my opinion, and I noticed in a thread that someone from Element said that they felt that the trigger was light enough, and that the microswitch is sufficient to return the trigger...really. I have my magnet backed out so far that I had to wrap the threaded portion with teflon tape so it will not come completely out, and it is barely returning the trigger. Also, this Element pin that I paid $10 for needs to be tapped in/out with a punch of some sort, nothing quick or convenient about it; that is pretty much money down the drain as I see it. The shape of the trigger is much better than stock, the rounded edges being a big improvement in the comfort factor. For the money that I paid, I feel that this product falls behind. There are just too many design flaws, where is the qc?

Element Paintball Scythe TriggerNothing beats a scythe trigger, the way I walk the trigger is complimented very well by its design and allows me to maintain fast and consistent ropes.
