Overall, the pulse has treated me very well. The shells seem to be somewhat brittle, but out of 4 pulses that I have owned, I only broke 1 of them. Any loader will break off at the feedneck if it is over-tightened.
Pros
With the RF chip, the pulse is great on batteries and the response time and consistency is perfect. It loads extremely fast, and keeps up with no hiccups at any rates of fire.
Cons
The only con I can think of, would be the weight. Its not as heavy as a halo, but definitely heavier than a vlo. It isn't somethign that would stop me from promoting the use of a pulse though
Overall
Very fast and will feed consistently through any rates of fire.

Procaps Direct PulseThis loader was great when I had one. It was really fast and very tough. It was a little heavy though. The Pulse is worth it and I would deffinently recommend it to anyone.

With RF technology and the thought of my hopper ALWAYS feeding plus the way it was advertised as being virtually indestructible I did love the hopper at first because it did always feed with no issues for me. I have had it sync'd with 6 guns, and has it never failed me in feeding when in sync using the RF chip in the gun. However without the RF chip I did have to use the unjam button once. But when the shells began to break, over and over I began to dislike it. It is also so large in front that you can get a hit on the front and not realize it. This plus it is a heavier hopper and the fact that you can no longer purchase them make it a no go for me. Good company though, both for coming out with the technology and especially for honoring the warranty and continuing to replace broken shells even when they cannot sell the hopper anymore.

I've been using a Pulse for about 5 months now. I got one thinking it would be the next hopper and replace the Halo/Reloader B's in the hopper world. But after Kee brought the law suit on that changed.
Pros
Fast - Fast, with the stock motor almost like the speedwheel on the Halo's it's fast. It easily feeds 20+ balls perseconed on a marker.
RF - the first loader to marker RF ability since the Intellifeed Angels. This allowed any marker to mate with the loader. Changing what a lot of the other companies are now doing, the Magna, Symbio is same general idea. The pulse works much better with the RF mode on.
Procaps Warranty - Procaps is keeping up with their warranty and replacing it. That is the only reason why most Pulses are still on the market not broken.
Cons
Procaps Warranty - It is going strong now but for how long? It will run out soon and you'll be out of luck. But for now it is still a con since it is taking about 3 months to get it back from Procaps.
Shells - With or without the warranty this is the major weakness of the loader. The tabs on the raceway brake and can be rigged back up to work but that shouldn't have to be done. But the feedneck that was their pride and jewel of having such a thick feedneck is what brakes most on them. But there is still hope, there is a mod to put the pulse in to a halo shell so it will still be around for some time.
Boards - with the original ones being released with a green board that is turned off by static electricity when using Reballs, the black board was released to fix this problem. But with the long wait for Procaps to replace it it'd be better to try and get a black one when it pick up your Pulse if you choose to buy one.
Weight - this is another big issue with the Pluse, it is heavy, and with people complaining about how heavy the Halo is this is much heavier.

I obtained a Pulse by trading a JT Racing Strap for one which was excellent for me since straps don't mean too much to me. I am/was a loyal Halo user since I have had absolutely no problems well except for suicide shells breaking but that is besides the point.
I was very impressed with the performance of the pulse (In mode 2/Pulse mode) with both paint and reballs. I mainly have used the pulse with reballs and experienced no jamming problems until the batteries were almost dead and even then the unjam button became very useful. It fed very consistent and fast but I would like to use it on sync mode but am unable to until I obtain an RF chip.
When I received the Pulse the battery door was already broken but have not experienced any problems yet so far with shell integrity but I am expecting it sooner or later. The main part of the pulse that is a key pro is the removable drive cone assembly which is very convenient when it comes to cleaning.
Overall a great hopper that offers excellent performance and it is sad that they can not be produced anymore. They are well worth the work to find one.

The Pulse RF chips are a god send, and the regular Pulse mode is amazing as well.
The electronic anti-jam works great, and over all I could not be happier with my Pulse.
Up until I got my Pulse (in a trade), I was a loyal Halo user but after having had 4 of them break/burn up while I was using them I decided to switch over to the Pulse and I have never looked back.

I have had my pulse for a little over a year. This is the greatest hopper i have used, and i personally love the way it looks. The pulse is fast, and very easy to clean. I had an Empire B and it was a total pain to clean. w/ the pulse you take out the drive train and can stick your whole hand inside to clean. even my friend, who has fairly large hands is able to easily clean the inside of the pulse. The pulse is also fairly efficient when it comes to batteries. i can take my pulse and have it on all day for 3 days of play and still have it feeding fine.
The feedneck on my pulse did break, but i was lucky and received a new shell and new black board within 3 weeks.

how every the shell is not all it was cracked up to be, over tightening the feedneck, even a little, can cause it to crack and break.
