I bought a Metadyne Thumper from a member on here and played with it this weekend in a pump game. It's compact like a 45 caliber pistol but gets 30 shots off a 12 gram cartridge. It's easy to change from hopper to 10 ball feeding rail. The pump mechanism works well and is natural as cocking a pistol. I think its very well built. Metadyne builds good guns and does service them but its a 1 to 2 month time period between when you send something in and they can fix it for you.
It's a great pump and very compact and light. I highly recommend this pump pistol. Used ones are at or under $200 for one with modifications like hopper feed neck and thumb paddles. If interested in pump, this is a great introduction gun to play a conservative paint game.

Metadyne Industries Thumperpretty cool idea for a pump, not nearly as innovative as i thought it was going to be though.
