The Eigenbolt is by far the most technologically advanced on the market. By eliminating the normal flow restriction from the solenoid and replacing it with a 2-stage force system, we have created a bolt system incapable of breaking paint when correctly set, yet is faster than any stock or aftermarket option. Delrin construction for reduced recoil and decreased friction.

Pros: Smoother, quieter and more efficient than stock
Cons: None, but if the spacer moves it'll seem finicky
This bolt brings the axe/ minis already great performance up a notch. Installing the spacer can be a little challenging because it has to stay on the bolt guide tight. If you can keep it put (use a tank oring) then this is a stellar upgrade. I am running ~140psi with the backcap ~1.5 turns out and it feels like the gun isn't even cycling properly because it's so smooth.

Go ahead and buy the power pack to get the eigenbarrel and lurker lube, plus this bolt kit.

Pros: No kick, slightly reduced sound signature,
Cons: none!
I bought the Lurker bolt mainly because I wanted to be able to shoot brittle paint in cold environments. Installation was very simple, although initially I forgot to remove the bumper oring from the rear of the bolt guide. Now that I have everything up and running (with the bumper removed ), the gun performs flawlessly. Kick and sound signature are on par with my buddies CSL... felt recoil is almost non-existant. I am not sure if I have made any efficiency gains, but my dwell is at 3ms (7ms stock), 150 psi (200psi stock), with my backcap sweet-spotted. Long story short, the gun shoots beautifully. Also, the bolt no longer smashes the living **** out of my finger, I can now leave the tip of my finger in the breech and let the gun ramp to 12.4, the bolt just harmlessly bounces off.

Definitely worth the moolah, Lurker products are awesome!

Pros: queit and efficient
Cons: instalation
I picked up one of these for my mini and it was the best $30 I've spent in paintball. After minimal tuning it made my "mid grade" gun shoot silky smooth. I was able to drop my input pressure 60 psi and still chrono in the 290's giving a big boost in efficiency and a welcomed reduction in sound signature and barrel rise. It can take a little effort to install but it's well worth it. Highly refinement this to any mini/axe owner.

I looked at the various bolts available for the Mini, and opted for the Lurker Eigenbolt instead of the Kush or TechT offerings. Prices were comparable.

A simple install, which I liked; the bolt promised a lot, but required a lot of input from the user, which I initially was okay with.

I didn't have the time or patience to dial it in proper before I sold off my Minis. Still think it's a great product, though, as with what limited time I had with the bolt & my Mini, it performed as advertised.

Lurker Paintball Lurker Mini/Axe Eigenbolt alittle pricey to lower your operating pressure only about 5psi. But overall it does its job and allows you to shoot more fragile paint. If you have the extra cash i do recommend it.

Best bolt for the axe/mini in my opinion. I was able to do some testing for Lurker and his bolt impressed me. I was able to lower my operating pressure from 190psi down to 140psi, dwell from 7ms to 5ms, closing dwell 9ms down to 5ms. Back cap 1.5 turns out. This bolt is crazy gentle on paint, by using the spacer the start of the bolt's cycle is fast yet low forces are put on the ball. All of this is achieved by using the stock spring! The stock spring allows the bolt to maintain a high ROF as well as helps slow the bolt when the spring contracts. I'd suggest using a 014/90 oring for inside the spacer, the 90 instead of 70 durometer makes the oring much more tight making sure the spacer stays on the bolt guide. Reduced recoil while cycling compared to stock. Get one and see for yourself.

I like this bolt however in cold weather I have had quite a few issues even with cold weather formula paintballs. I would be willing to purchase another because they are so cheap. If you arent breaking paint it is certainly an upgrade from the empire bolt.
