my mask has never fogged on me with the thermal lense, why they even include the non thermal clear one i dont know. but the mask fits great. and in my opinion looks the most intiminating, fits nice and its easy to change the lense, however the foam for the forehead is not all that well, i removed mine and wear head bands so it makes no difference to me, i really suggest this mask.

I got the empire events due to the sponsor and was sad about giving up my proflex but after using them I found that they are a great mask. The lens can be changed out quickly and they look great. You can also upgrade the softears with the newer event ears which is a nice addition to get.

i got mine cheap because im friends with a local proshop owner
i love them- for the fact that (pro's):
soft ears- very nice
come with 2 lenses- clear and...

come with 2 lenses- clear and tinted
easy to take apart/ clean/ change lenses quickly
have an inside padding for cheeks- fits nice and snug
look sweet especially with the new carbon fiber look (maybe thats just me)
the only thing i would change (con's):
the little clamps that hold things down and together on the inside fall off easy- not really a big deal tho
the logo's fall off sometimes - not a big deal again... can glue them on if disired
the price?? idk dye i3 pro's/ grills are the same amount so idk why everyone is complaning- if u want cheaper ones go for the avatars/i3's/flex's (close to the samething...)
fits the face tight... but not much protection for the neck- but if ur worried about ur next... tuck it in or use a guard
over all:
these are my favorit goggles to date... we will see after i get my i3 pro's from sponsership- should be about the same
i like them better than my i3's tho
great goggles if u have the $$ to spend (its all preference between the Events/ i3 pro's/ and grill i think)
JT Flex are better for the money i think, but they arent my really my thing

Empire E-Vent (original)I've had my E-Vents for about two years now and i'm still pretty happy with them. I love how easy it is to disassemble and clean, and I love how they look. On the other hand my foam is falling off...
I've had my E-Vents for about two years now and i'm still pretty happy with them. I love how easy it is to disassemble and clean, and I love how they look. On the other hand my foam is falling off and i've heard they can never be put on correctly once replaced. It also doesn't have enough air circulation and could be really hot when the weather gets pretty warm.

I've been using my proflex for years, but decided to try the events because I liked the looks and of course the quick change. Maybe it's my face shape, but the mask sits kinda hard on my cheeks. Other than that, no complaints. Pretty much any "high end" mask will do the job, it's just preference at this level.

Great mask, Used the vents for a long time and they went through some heavy game play. So this mask is pretty reliable and looks cool. One day I played in the rain and the foam got wet and tore fairly easily. But I would recommend this to any one who loves the look because it really is a great mask.
