Cons: lots of leaks, and a pain to diagnose the problems
this marker caught my eye and i had to have one.
i really enjoyed the way the it shot and is one of the best shooting markers i have shot to date.

unfortunately mine had nothing but problems and i was only able to use it a few times, but these things happen during the early stages of production.

i would definitely like to pick one of these up again down the road once all of the kinks are worked out

Pros: Smooth, Quiet, Efficient, Rechargeable
Cons: FSDO, Aluminum tolerance varies
I was the first one in my area to get a Demon and couldn't wait to try it out, but it had problems from day one. Leaked until I replaced all bolt orings and used Dow55, that wasn't included, to swell the orings and seal the gun. I then got constant FSDO no matter how high I took the dwell/fsdo settings. I also tried Vaseline as recommended and it still had fsdo. It's a real smooth shooter if you have one with good tolerances, but it needs the option for a spring to eliminate the fsdo problems. I sold my Demon, bought another Luxe, and would only consider getting a Demon again if it were sprung so I'll be keeping an eye out for future improvements.

Cons: Unreliable
I won this gun in a tournament. I can't really complain much because I didn't pay anything for it. It shoots butter smooth, I think better than a luxe. It broke down on me one time. The only thing I did was lube it up and worked fine afterward. Very light gun. I also like how there is no macroline. This is one of the best looking guns on the market. It's just priced a little high to buy brand new.

I am actually looking for a vanguard sponsorship but my upcoming or soon to be d3 team has to yet show its potential so that probrially wont happen
This gun has to be the perfect gun for me
I am a mid/front snake player and this gun's design is amazing
I am 6' and the ergonomics fit me nicely
The only thing about this gun is maintenance
I am not a big fan of microless but i aint compaining with a preformance like this
Also the orings on the bolt need to be fixed out of the box the lube on mine was caked on their so i had to take out every oring a clean and relube the entire bolt
The orings were not bad the just were overlubed

Cons: Bolt assembly leaves no room for error
Got this today as part of a team package, and I love it. I had to use my coach's since mine needed to be charged, but the thing shot great, the programming is very easy, and the overall operation is so smooth.

Vanguard was in a bit of a hurry to get these shipped to us, so I had to mess with the bolt to get it to sit right so as to allow paintballs to feed into the chamber. Other than that, I love this thing.

Pros: Smooth, easy to maintain, efficient
Cons: reliability with first run
I received the Demon as part of my sponsorship package when it first can out. I had the chance to see the gun being tested, so I was anticipating the final product. Out of the box, I had some issues with my manifold. A quick visit with the CS and everything was fixed. Since then it has been shooting great, especially with all the V2 parts installed. I was able to get 11 pods from my 68 no problem. Definitely the most efficient spool on the market and one of the smoothest. The OLED board makes tuning easy. I love having a rechargeable battery. One thing I don't like are the stock barrels. They seemed a little too thin for me and were not very durable. I upgraded to a Furious and felt much better.

Vanguard Demon Take care of this gun and it will take care of you. There is a little maintenance to it, but if you just take care of your purchase, you will never find a better shooting gun.

Cons: first run, cold
I used demon for almost a year now!
first thought was how is it felt in the hand, the second thing was how smooth it is shooting, but unfortunately I have had many problems with this gun.
I live in Sweden, and I think it is easy to cold that couse many of the problems, shooting two pods then it's start leak or just bolt-stick.

Since October 2012 I have used the 2013 upgrade kit, work much better with the kit but it has a certain airleak after shooting 4-5 pods through it!

I'm sorry to say but I can not really recommend the demon, I know I have a first run copy of the daemon, I wish Vanguard had been more careful about their product, then the daemon has been one of the best gun on the market!
