Pros: Reliable, much better feedneck
Cons: Spins when empty, lack of nose options
I think this hopper has a lot of potential but Empire needs to keep rolling out updates. The original releases with the backwards window was sort of frustrating but what gets me the most is the fact that it spins when there is no paint in it. That's one of the biggest complaints against the rotor and Empire went in and incorporated it into the Z2

It's very reliable and much easier for people to understand on this go-round. The thick feedneck and automatic board keep it fool proof.

I would like to see them start to put out some options for nose cones

Pros: Good feed system, tool-less, bat. efficient, light
Cons: Feels a little flimsy and bends on your marker
I got my Z2 earlier this year and it's my favorite loader I've used. It does everything I need and more, honestly the only reason I'm selling is for the new Pulse RDR. I have used Halos and Empire B2's for years without a problem and this is just a better version of that. I always loved having a rip drive just in case my batteries die, it's easy to take apart to clean, battery efficient, easy on paint, has great board logic, and it's pretty light if that matters to you. I would highly recommend getting this especially over a Rotor.

Pros: Reliable, works as it should
Cons: Slightly difficult to open, paint can enter drive.
All in all, the Z2 is a good hopper. It does what it should. It feeds paintballs well and it's never jammed on me.

My biggest issue is the way the shell is designed. Because it breaks up into three pieces, if it gets shot, there is a chance paint can enter the drive system. The shell on the bottom is not one piece.

If paint gets into the bottom parts, good luck. To take it apart, you have to deal with e-clips (a huge pain for most users) and as such, is a hassle.

Other than that, it's a good hopper but I prefer equipment that is easy to maintain and easy to clean when necessary.

Cons: not free?
I have owned this loader for about 6 months, and really only have used it twice. I am impressed with it! I previously used the V35 loader with RIP drive, but it constantly jammed, fed slow, unreliable. If you also have a junk loader and looking to upgrade, look no further!

It continually fed with perfect pressure, kept up with gun when playing (easily 15-17bps) and didnt eat up batteries in the 4 hours i played (couldnt say that for my v35!)

Easily disassembled with two buttons to clean up, even if busted paint on the field. Well worth the money spent!

Pros: easy to use
Cons: color options
Pros:
Very easy to use. Turn on the switch and it is done.
Jamming is rare if at all. (A year for me and none yet with various markers)
Gentle on paint of all grades of fragility.
Quick release 2 piece shell needs no tools to open for cleaning or servicing.
Capacity options of 200 or 240 rounds
Short feed neck keeps loader closer to the marker for a lower profile.
Price to performance
Cons:
If not carefully put back together properly, the 2 piece shell can come apart on the field.
Color options limited to black or white
Lid angle can make harder to reload while firing while using a speed feed or not

Durability is not an issue. I have been hit in the loader 50+ times with no cracking or even coming apart.

Overall, this loader will give the performance needed for all types of play at a decent price. It will keep up with high rates of fire on tournament markers or work just fine for slower rates of fire in scenario/woods play. I recommend this product to any type of player
