Cons: nothing
I love these things to death. Very comfortable, feels like Im wearing nothing on my arms, I forget they are there. The venting is good and I don't sweat to death and my arms can breathe haha. I think Empire has the best thumb loops in elbow pads and they are very durable and don't rip super easily. The padding is also very nice, I don't feel a thing when I dive. It also protects a good amount of your arm.

I recommend these to anyone looking for a nice pair of elbow pads.

Empire Grind ZE Elbow Pads this is the best arm pad in the industry in my opinion. it has a very ruff material on the pad where you will be sliding and it has yet to rip. i have ripped many arm pads but not these

Im in texas and the biggest issue with this pad is that it can get warm but not intolerable.
The pads do their job well and keep your arms safe when superman sliding and occasionally cause a ball or two to bounce instead of breaking.

Cons:
Alright so I was a fanatic of the planet eclipse pads but I bought a pair of these to try when I need new pads. All I can say is I am very glad that I did because the wrist strap is awesome for support when diving. I also love the actual padding. It absorbs the fall while keeping your movement and breath-ability up. Pick up these pads if you're looking for #1.

Empire Grind ZE Elbow Pads These are very comfortable and durable pads. They are lightweight, even though they have a good amount of padding. They also do not slip down my arm, as I experienced with a few other brands.

Empire Grind ZE Elbow Pads Only my third set of elbow pads in 10 years, these are the best. The velcro strap keeps them from crawling up your arm during slides. They are just really comfortable.
