These pants are alright. They get the job done. Great for practices. The knees in my pants havent ripped or torn at all. The logo wears off when you wash them. They are very plain pants, nothing special at all. Not a terrible pair of pants though.

I have only had mine for a few months and there in shambles. Elastic chords on leg cuffs snapped, squeegee holders ripping, knees are ripping, and logos came off after first wash ( i fallowed directions). Honestly they are ok but just ok. Don't waste your money spend a lil more and buy a really nice pair that is going to last.

Empire Prevail TW Pants Great pants. Lights and breathe. The only downside is when sliding the knee pads don't protect as well. Tore mine up pretty nice. Other than that, great protection.

Pros: good starter pants
Cons: tear easily, the empire logos come off
Got these pants for christmas 2011 with the pants/jersey combo. they worked good, considering i was just getting into speedball play. i wore them (and still are) just about everyweekend since, either reffing or playing. after about 8-9 months of use, the leg part tore from the anke cuff, leaving a big hole. after 10 months of use, the knee ripped open, leaving a large hole in the knee.

about another month and the whole butt ripped out of them

the padding in the knee is next to none. the empire patches on the legs feel like iron on patches, and come off after one wash.

if you are getting into the sport, good pants to help you start, but i would recommend getting another pair within a few months

Pros: All Black
Cons: Hot, Heavy, Cheap
The first thing I noticed when I put these on are that they do not breath worth a crap. They are hot and sticky and feel like they are made of straight plastic. They are heavier than other pants I've owned (other Empire pants too). The logo's come off if you even look at them weird but who cares, they're logo's. The swab pockets in the back are a pain in the *** and are a bad design.

The only thing good about these is that they look kind-of good.

Cons: Ripps, logos peel off, not enough padding.
These pants are cheaper and therefore you get what you pay for. Had these pants as a sponsorship item for my whole team and all of them had no logos after one wash. All logos on all areas of the pants came off, 3/6 pairs ripped, and the fit was terrible for almost all.
Recommendation: Throw down a little more money and get a more expensive and better product.

I have had this pants for less than six months and have had to repair them twice already. Once on the knee and now in the groin area. I play front for an xball team and can be rough on equipment. I think the price is great on these just wish that they were made a little bit more durable.

Pros: Look good, great padding
Cons: Lack ventilation, too "swishy" sounding, cheap
I used a pair of these for most of the summer and they have held up decently. They aren't showing any signs of ripping, but both empire logos are just about faded completely.

The padding is excellent, however these pants get very hot. It feels like you're wearing heavy duty sweat pants. They could use a little ventilation. They also feel cheap (I know, they're entry level pants) and the material makes an annoying swishing sound when you walk or move around.
