I transferred from Dye's UL pants to these and I love them. They are so comfortable and nicely padded. You can was and dry them but I always air dry my gear. These pants will last forever, however they are close to $200 brand new so I would recommend picking up a used pair if you're on a budget.

Pros: Padding and bounce
Cons: heavy and under sized.
These by far are my favorite pants to date besides jt's. These are very durable and the padding in the knees is amazing. i have never taken so many pounces even with brittle paint. the only thing i didn't really like with them is the pockets are kind of tight so its hard to pull things out your pocket like a cleaning rag. Also they are a little bit heavy. They also run a size small. so if you have around a 32-33 waist then you will wanna go size large so they are more comfortable. other then that worth buying. these are the pants that i wear to all my events.

Cons: Could use a tad more padding
I absolutely love these pants. They are so lightweight and comfortable. They are the ideal pants for those long hot summer practices. I would have like a tad more padding but if you wear some slider shorts the result is just about perfection. Highly recommend!

Empire Contact Zero Pants All around great pants!! Used them for a whole season of practice and tournaments. Knees held up well, small hole in crotch, very light and breathable. Would rock another pair!!

These are the pants that I ended up keeping after trying 3 other pairs of pants for paintball. (Started with BDU's, then Empire LTD's, then PE 2012s)

Great pants, the construction is solid and feels like it'll last a good while. Having some very light padding on the knees would be a nice touch, but overall great.

Empire Contact Zero Pants I love these pants. They're super comfy and haven't ripped or torn through more than a year's worth of consistent tournament paintball.

Cons: NONE I CAN THINK OFF
I LOVE THESE PANTS. THEY LOOK GREAT AND ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. I LOVE THE FACT THAT IT HAS A ZIPPER FOR THE POCKETS WHICH NONE OF MY OLD PANTS HAD. NOW I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THINGS FALLING OUT WHILE RUNNING. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE INTERNAL BELT FOR THE PANTS ISNT THAT GREAT AND THE PANTS CAN START TO SAG WHEN YOU RUN.
