this is by far one of the best packs i have owned. before this i used a nxe pack and for me this is a better pack. some friends had doubts about it but when they tried it they loved it too. but the pods ejection out can catch you off guard if your not use to it.

Bought a stealth pack last fall, and it does take a little but to get used to but i have a hard time switching back to a regular pack. Sometimes i do miss the pods when i eject them though, but line the pods up just right and i dont think you can grab one any faster.

I've had my V1 critical pack for a full season and then some now and is all I really need in a pack. Simple design without being needlessly flashy and overall rather comfortable. A touch more padding and some slip pads would have been nice out of the gate but those were added in the V2. Not so much of an issue where I'm discouraged by the pack at all, I find it rather comfortable. I only had one day where pods were slipping out of my harness but that was more my fault brushing the straps.
Not having to worry about your velcro straps wearing out is heavenly and the pods just sliding out into your hand saves that second or two of having to pull them out.

I have had my Critical stealth pack for about a month now. My first use with it was interesting. I went out to play with it, I found myself reaching up the pack for some velcro to release my pods! I quickly realized this is not your normal pack, it is much faster and all aspects there is no more reaching up to release the podsit is all in one movement now. Fit is great! I am a bigger then usual guy(250lbs) and this pack fits me perfectly with some room to give. I love this pack and will never go to anything different. Thanks for coming out with such a great design!

I bought the stealth pack after using a buddy's for a day, and i don't think there is a better choice for packs. Much like the speedfeed reinvented reloading, the critical pack takes valuable seconds off your reload time. Instead of pulling the velcro, then pulling the pod, this pack allows you to grab the pod, and simply push the retaining strap out of the way, and get the pod out. It's easy to push the retaining strap out of the way, it can be done easily with the index finger while the rest pulll the pod. The pods come out of the sleeves extremely easily with no retaining strap in place. Its rather surprising the first time using it, i didn't grab the pod and it just slipped right out onto the ground. Now that I am used to it, getting pods out is second nature, and much quicker than velcro packs. The only downside is that it lacks padding for your back. This is without a doubt the quickest pack out there. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a reliable and easy to use pack.

Still in great condition after lots of wear.
ALSO, the extra padding on the back is great and comfortable!
