I have one complaint and that is that it doesn't go as tight as I'd like. But I can cope.
I had an NXE pack and another pack I don't remember, and I thought that was a good pack until I bought my Empire pack and I will never turn back to NXE. While NXE makes good products, and I am somewhat biased towards Empire <3 I still think the Empire pack is more comfortable and better overall. It was an older NXE pack (strange edition) so that may be why. But I love the straps that makes the pod secure in the holder, it is really durable. The elastic is nice and the extra one on the end is great (more for back players I would assume). It's really lightweight and I like it a lot. Until it burns in a fire I don't see myself getting a new one soon

cons: The build just felt really cheap to me, After one day of play it started tearing and it is definitely not comfortable cause terrible back pains for me
