Pros: Look, Porting
Cons: Porting
I bought a night stick back in 2004 when i first got into paintball. I bought it for my Tippmann 98 Custom. The Nyte Stikk is more for the scenario or rec baller. Im not sure it is made in Cocker threads, only Spyder and Tippmann. (Correct me if im wrong)

Look - It looks really slick on a 98 Custom. I got mine in black and it has cool porting that spirals around the barrel with a muzzle break at the end. It was a great step up from my short stock barrel and way nicer looking on the gun.

Performance/Accuracy - It has been a while since i have used the barrel but when i used it it was great. My shots were spot on from long distances and balls rarely ever broke in the barrel. The porting, which acts as rifling, puts spin on the ball and enables a straighter further shot. I used a 14" most of the time but i have also used a 16". This was the most accurate barrel i have ever used, and i have used a lot. In my personal opinion it was more accurate for me than even a Stiffi or a Dye UL. I used one in a tournament once (yes i used a 98 Custom in a tournament) and we ended up winning. I was incredibly accurate and would pick people off with only one or two shots. My two teammates and i only used 2 cases for an entire tournament! The only thing i dislike about the barrel was using it in the rain. Because of all the porting the barrel would easily get wet inside, causing the paint to fly all over the place. In other words the accuracy is severely reduced in the rain or if the inside of the barrel gets wet.

Reliability - I have thrown my marker, smacked the barrel against trees and wooden bunkers, and even stabbed the barrel into the ground. No matter what i put it through it still works like a charm and has never been damaged. I would say this is a really reliable barrel.

Weight - Well i was using it on a 98 Custom, so weight was never really an issue back then. I wouldn't find it to be an issue even now for rec-ballers or scenario-ballers. Its fairly lightweight compared to some but there are definitely way lighter barrels available.

Overall i was pleased with the performance and look of this barrel. I would recommend it to any scenario-baller looking for a sleek and accurate barrel. I would also recommend it to anyone looking for accuracy at a cheap price. If you can find one its probably used and would only cost about $10 - $15.

I take great pride in my reviews and I spend time editing, spell checking, and making sure I include all I know to help the reader. Please read before you rate and rate truthfully, ENJOY!
