I owned one back in the day when they first came out, they were great back then and it was great and brand new technology no one had ever seen anything like it...they shot great but they were heavy the team i played for played with them for 1 season and thats it after that season they went to Planet Eclipse just like every other team did, overall i would never own another one..

My angel A1 had nothing but problems when I got it, but that was user error. When I got it fixed I never had to worry about it ever again, just put some love juice in it after everytime you play and you are golden! Also the trigger on it is by far my favorite trigger I have ever used.

Angel Paintball Sports Angel 1i love my angel a1 i ahve two of them. it has a oled board stock that i love the trigger is very nice even better when you put a critical trigger on it. easy bolt removeall i jsut love this gun

Back in 2006 when the A1 debuted, the team I played for got a sponsorship from APS (WDP). The entire team got A1s and versions for $385! We were some of the first people to get these guns.
Some of the team members had markers that had issues. Mine and a few others didn't! WDP/APS was very quick to respond to the issues that the team members had. And once they were fixed, everyone loved them. The gun itself needs to be set up properly by someone that knows what they are doing. Once they are setup, they are money! The guns shoot fast and accurate. However, the original internals can be kinda gas hogs. However if you play at a field that has good fills or you have the new internals you'll be fine.
Overall, I loved my A1. One of the best markers I owned. And its sad to see such a great company fade from the sport.
