I was really surprised when one day a Customer Service rep dropped in on PbNation after a friend and I were talking about how the pants were a little longer than normal. He said they took that single comment into consideration and the next year's model pants had actually been shortened. I love seeing companies listen to the players. They have wonderful Customer Service which is the number one thing I look for.
