I have mixed emotions about the SLG. I bought one in 07/08 and the gun was awesome never needed to do much to it and always worked. Then my buddy got the 09 one and the eyes where bad since day one and had some minor problems here and there. Dye sent a new pair of eyes!! good! He got rid of it and bought a DM. then my nephew wanted one so I purchased a SLG10 for him. It only worked a few times in the field random shooting/ double shotting, etc. so he has been using mine since then. I have asked dye before and they told me i might have to pay to fix since it wasnt under warranty. I recently called dye again and just figured that since we have it we might as well fix it so someone can play with it. And they told me they would fix it for free this time around. That all SLG's are under warranty. Thanks dye I wish I would of been taken care of the first time around. I do like the Dye products but I would say spend a little extra cash and get the PMR/ Reflex/ DM/ NT, those are flawless..I have owned each one.

When I bought the SLG in 2009 and used it for the 1st, it worked great. Everytime that I have used it since, I always have an issue. Got to the point to where I had to send it in to DYE and when I got it back, there were a lot of scratches and a few chips (towards the bolt cap). I treat my markers with a lot of care, and to get mine back from the company itself and to see all this madness on my SLG just infuriates me.
