The G4 is an absolutely amazing gun. Its price should be higher for the amount of gun you get in this baby. The shot is smooth out of the box, efficiency and consistency is pretty good and it's very quiet!
The only thing you need to do is buy a quality dow 33 based lube, wipe all the existing lube off your G4, then re lube with your new quality lube. This will solve 99.9% of all your problems.

I just recently came back to the sport from a 4 year break and was looking for a Tournament Ready marker.The G4 is so far out performing the Smart Parts Nerve that I paid $1,200.00 for before I stopped playing. The G4 is by far the lightest gun I've used in combination with a 68/4500 Carbon Fiber tank and a Halo hopper. The marker comes tournament ready out of the box with features such as a clamping feedneck, 4 point adjustable trigger and LED controlled programming modes which include PSP3, Millenium and Semi Automatic.
So far my favorite feature on the G4 is the R.A.P.S. ASA which allows you to close the air flow from tank to the ASA and disconnect the tank easily without firing the marker as you unscrew the tank from the ASA. While this still leaves air in your marker, you fire one shot to release the remainder of the air from behind the bolt and the marker is then completely degassed.On top of the R.A.P.S. ASA the marker's overall maintenance is ridiculously simple and consumes less than a half hour's time.
If your looking for a marker that will hold up well and perform against high end equipment, for $300 the G4 won't disappoint.

I purchased this marker from a local shop as a back up gun. I shot it twice in my back yard to test it out and see how it felt. It feels nice in your hands and i like the stock trigger with the magnetic return, you can easily shoot 10-15bps with little to no adjustment out of the box, you just have to find your "sweet spot".
This marker is not very efficient when it comes to air. I have a Ninja 68/45 and i only got a hopper and 4 pods before it sucked the tank dry. You may be able to play with the settings and improve it a little bit, but to me its not worth it. The gun also has a decent amount of kick compared to other markers out there.
All in all, this is a good marker for a beginner or intermediate player.

This is a great gun for the price, but has some cheaper parts that can cause problems. This one had an air leak at the macro line elbow straight out of the box. The gun shoots consistently, but seems to require more maintenance than the average marker. Programming can be a nightmare to some, but not too bad once you get the hang of it.
Overall, it shoots like a high end gun when it's working properly, but has the problems of a low end gun.
