The Geo2 comes with a completely new Propshaft Assembly. The design introduces a spring-loaded Drive Core. This Drive Core prevents air loss both on the firing stroke of the bolt, leaving residual, previously wasted air trapped in the valve chamber, as well as ensuring the valve chamber is fully sealed prior to re-filling on the return stroke of the bolt. This results in better efficiency and faster recharge of the valve chamber. The New Finned Propshaft Tip helps keep the propshaft and bolt concentric at all times.

Pros: Reliable workhorse
Cons: Air Efficiency
I got a Geo 2 used off PbN and question why I didn't get one sooner. The gun shoots very smooth and consistently. I don't have an issue with inconsistent fps as the regulator (properly cleaned and maintained) keeps pressure in line. The trigger adjustment works fantastic and I got mine into a nice tight position that is easy to walk. I like the 09 OOPS asa but would prefer the POPS off a Geo 2.1.

Otherwise, issues are just brief macro leak on gas-up and complaints about efficiency. I can get about 4 pods and a hopper off a 48/4500 before I notice shot drop. It's possible I could adjust dwell and increase efficiency, but that's not a huge issue.

Planet Eclipse Geo2 One of the best shooting guns out there. No issues except for air usage. Unless you are playing xball, get something bigger than a 45/45 or you will have to fill every 5 pods.

Planet Eclipse Geo2 Throw a VP trigger on one of these, make sure it's completely broken in, set the dwell down to 6-8 and you're good to go. At that point it's a phenomenal shooting gun. Otherwise.... Meh

Planet Eclipse Geo2 just like the first Geo this gun is extremely reliable, but lacks in smoothness of shot that all spool guns have. this gun is even more inefficient that my original Geo.
