I purchased a pair of these goggles after ruining my pair of ACU pattern E-vents.
Ascetics - Very pleasing, I was asked by quite a few people how I liked them. Even by people with really good masks like Dye I4's. Color combinations are nice, if you are into that stuff. I prioritize function over form, though.
Fit - Standard fit for a new mask. Seems like everyone is going towards minimal jawline coverage to decrease profile. The double straps work well, unless I am wearing a hat backwards.
Ventilation - I purchased the original version of this mask when it first came out. The V1 ear foam was a detractor. It decrease my ability to hear, and make the mask hotter. It even fogged up on me once or twice. The newer replacement ear foam fixed the audible issues, and increased ventilation. I'd still place it as "not breathing as well as a ProFlex", but it seems decent for Florida summers.
Outstanding Characteristics - I would have to say the lens system is phenomenal on this mask. Great Field of view, extremely easy to remove and replace.
Overall Impression - The mask is ok. Not ground breaking, but definitely not crap-tastic. If there was one thing I would fix, to make this my ultimate go to mask, it would be to increase the ventilation. As it stands, right now it is a backup to my Proflex and modified Flex8.

I've used this mask for a long time and it's been amazing. It's the most comfortable mask I've ever put on my face, probably because of the double strap and tight fit. Doesn't feel loose on my face at all like some masks. The vision is great, better than most masks even though it's not a huge factor. Some people complain about being able to hear your teammates but I hear better than I do with most other masks. I've never had a complaint about being able to breathe in this mask like some people say and I've let a lot of my friends use this mask too + I live in Texas. After a day of play, the mask is extremely easy to clean.

These things are great comfort wise because of the dual straps and the way it hugs your face like a protective pillow. They never slide and the foam that comes with it feels nice, soft, and non scratchy.
My main complaint with these are how hard it can be to hear and the echo I hear when i'm yelling to my teammates. More then half my team have used these for most of the season, and when they agree that it can be hard to hear in them it means it's time for something new. Last thing, if you wear glasses I don't suggest these because the way the mask vents it usually fogs the your glasses.

I really like this mask. The earpads are really nice and cushy and the lens change system makes it really easy to clean. However, the thick foam on the earpads does make it difficult to hear out on the field and it seems to me that it muffles my voice a bit. Overall, its a really nice mask that fits good and is comfy to wear, but definately (for me at least) makes communication kinda difficult.

This was my first high quality mask so I dont have much to compare to, however that being said I love my Sly`s and wouldnt trade them for any other mask.
I have had them for about 2 years and have replaced the lenses once because I am kinda picky about having no scratches at all, but both lenses never fogged or had any real problems.
They do get hot sometimes but I play sometimes in 100+ degrees so that would be expected.
I can easily communicate in them and have no trouble hearing teammates.
They are so comfy you can sometimes forget you have a mask on, and the dual straps will hold it firmly to your face no matter what happens.
They are easy to take apart and fully clean, I think there are some masks that are easier but it is certainly not a problem to break them down and clean.

paint starts wearing off faster then i would expect for a mask of this price
Fog incredibly easily
Impossible to hear in
Muffles your voice
Quick Lens Change Tabs seem flimsy and you will need a coin or other stiff object to remove the lens, and the tab slots will wear out very fast.
Overall Would i recommend this mask
No, unless you play by yourself and hearing and seeing is not important to you
Other masks i would recommend at this price point

Actually Annex masks are also made by Sly. The Profit (short for professional fit) is a great mask. Looks great and is available in a lot of colors. Feels very comfortable. The foam doesn't get nasty, and they have a complete replacement kit (I think it comes w/ new straps too). I think it is a good buy. I never liked the e-vents b/c they are too small, but these are less expensive and they perform the same (look better too).
