Bob Long has been innovating the paintball world for a long time and the Marq Victory is no exception. Bob created a highly efficient marker that has the speed, reliability, and functionality of the other high end markers on the market for hundreds less. It is easy to use, easy to maintain, and fun to shoot. The inline poppet gives you the smoothness of a spool valve with the efficiency of the poppet valve. In addition, Bob has now come out with his VCOM engine that is backwards compatible with all Victory markers so you can change out to a spool valve marker at any time.

Not only does this gun look sexy but it shoots ropes. quite efficient, too. i get about 10+ pods and a hopper out of a 68/45
i also love the ability to test the pressures with the pressure tester from BL. it makes diagnosing problems much simpler
the only negative i would say this gun has is that I seem to go through orings like crazy. not on the engine (bolt) but on the internal plumbing areas. especially around the ASA and between grip frame and body

The Victory was a workhorse for me. The only major downside to the marker, and it truly isnt really a downside, is the fact that it needs pretty exact pressures to work to the best of its ability. That involves making sure you know what the pressures are supposed to be, have the appropriate pressure tester, and be able to adjust the pressure, and properly maintain a thin layer of grease on the necessary parts. I must say though when all the pieces line up, this is one of the best guns i have ever shot.

I had my Victory pre-ordered, and was one of the first people to get one of these. I fell in love with this gun as soon as I got it.
My main gripe is with Bob Long, and not the gun. This is the smoothest gun I've ever had the pleasure to own. I just think it's absurd that a high end marker like this doesn't come with a real case. Even mid and some low end guns are coming with cases now.

I loved my victory. it shot great. It felt good in the hands but was a little heavy (couple of ounces more than my dm, nothing to really complain about). The inline poppit is a good design, it just has a lot of orings in it. if you can read an oring chart you should be good though. I would mind having another one.
