This has to be my favorite field by far. The refs are great, and it is an overall great facility. The fields are very nicely set up and the staff i made up of some great people. I would recommend that anyone plays at this field.

This field is relatively new to the tournament community and it shows. Its practices for touni players are run with ZERO supervision. Players are always walking around with no goggles in "hot" areas and there are never reffs to prevent people from cheating eachother for practices.
All that being said, this field is pretty awesome. Especially the woodsball/scenario.

Customer Service - They know what their doing. You can trust their employees, they won't let you down. If you have any questions, they will answer them. They just need to be a little bit more organized. How? Well, when I went to my first game, my marker's fps was checked. They checked the velocity of my paint ball marker to make sure it didn't exceed the limit of their max fps. I was just dissapointed in 2 things. First, I was checked and I was good to go, but I am almost sure that my velocity was set a bit too low and they didn't tell me anything. I know this because my marker was shooting at a slower speed than the rentals (I tested them). My marker was brand new so it was not a defect of the gun itself. Now the second thing I was dissapointed in was when I went to the other field, Armageddon. They did not check everyone's velocity - we went like 3-4 matches without getting checked. I don't know why they didn't check. Oh and at the counter where you pay for the entry, they weren't very informative. They pretty much made us ask all the questions and didn't influence us much on what was best to do.
Price - Overall, I think that the prizes are reasonable. The part where they get at you is when you buy the paint. The paint they sell is expensive. I compared the same exact paint balls to another place and it was about 30 dollars more expensive. But their just trying to make a profit to keep their doors open, so what can you do.
Fields - Though I only participated in 2 fields (The Town of Bedlam and Armageddon), I really enjoyed them. They are stationed realistically so it feels like your in a real battlefield almost. They were also in good view, so spectators and refs can keep a good eye on players.
Value - Well, if your talking about their quality value, overall it's decent. The rentals are in not so great shape (physically), but they work well! Never under estimate the physical appearance of something. The markers shot great! They were accurate and filled with velocity. The vests, oh, those were in perfect shape!
Fun? - You bet! Coming here to CPX was the funnest thing I've ever done! I've never paint balled before and when I went to CPX, I probably experienced the best of paint balling a rookie could ever get. A few days after I had nothing to do because it was all boring since Paint balling was wayyy too fun!
Recommendation - I HIGHLY recommend this field to anyone interested in paint balling. You may have to be prepared, money-wise but it's damn worth it! The adrenaline gets you really going when your out in the field, or anywhere near them. It's a great experience so come on out and visit CPX.

I played there for Living Legends. I love all the fields and it has a nice set up. The bus is a sweet idea because my gear is heavy! The only down side to this place is price. At living legends the talk of all the founders of paintball was about affordability of the game and that flys in the face of this places philosiphy. $ 80 a case is down right outrageous! If they dropped that down a bit I think even more people would play there because they obviously own on everything else.

If going through the door into a room full bad guys in Bedlam (Think Mayberry with a high crime rate.) or rushing the corner on Armageddon (Mayberry after they drop the big one) don't get your heart pounding you ain't got one! The junkyard is awesome and they have a couple dozen woodsball fields for the paintball purest.
The refs are great.
They've got hot food and real bathrooms.
Watch for the specials and the prices are as good as they get!
I can play anywhere I like...
but I prefer to play at CPX! ;?)
